“We will NEVER use this service again. Our driver no showed. OK… things happen. But there is ZERO support if this happens. Get Transfer essentially doesn’t care and has charged you already and will do nothing to assist. I called Get Transfer at the time of the no show. Zero assistance. It was a supremely time wasting and frustration exercise. We eventually got a taxi and tried to dispute the charge. After wasting no fewer than 2 hours over the course of a few weeks to get a refund, I realized they were stringing me along and alternatively ghosting me. No support. Our experience was Get Transfer is not much different than a catfishing transfer service. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in the end.”

“No wonder the drivers don't come to work. They do not pay the drivers who make the trip. We, a transportation company, made several trips for them from 2021 and they still haven't paid me. Hanging up the phone, not returning to emails, just a shame for a company”

“This company is hopeless at best and dishonest at worst. I nominated my date, destination and time well in advance and received several quotes and then accepted one. They then took my money, (not an insubstantial amount) and as far as I knew we were all set. Weeks later I received a WhatsApp text saying they were cancelling my ride, however would find another one. Over the next few weeks, not once did they update me, I initiated every conversation and every time they assured me they would find me another ride. With a week to go until my journey, when finding another ride became almost impossible, they said they found one, however it was 76% more expensive. Dispite my complaining, they bluntly said either take the ride or get a refund, leaving me with no ride at all. In my view, appalling behaviour. We had a contract with money exchanged, which they chose to break. I feel like it was a scam, tricking me into paying 76% more.”

“I accidentally entered the wrong date of our transfer and paid for it only minutes before I caught the error. They refused to work with me and said if I cancelled I would lose the entire amount. Although I asked for an English speaking driver, I tried to contact him directly and he wasn’t fluent enough to understand my request. Finally, I discovered that Lyft or Uber would have been cheaper. I definitely don’t recommend this app or this business.”

“Gettransfer The carriers do not pay their fees, so no vehicle came to pick us up and they do not refund our money. We had to pay 3 times more money and take a taxi, otherwise we would miss our flight and lose even more money.”

“I have work for them but never receive the for November and December and when I request for the payment they reply i will receive payment in 7 months so I request customers to not use there website for ride.”

“Extremly bad experience, they left us in a middle of night in airport with small kids because our flight was delayed 40mins.. Driver sad it is your problem and you need to pay extra 30eur, even though he saw flight information and wasnt in the airport, so we took airport taxi for 23eur and it was much more faster than to wait rude driver, customer service is so dissapointing, no money back, no appology, just 'its our standart rules', what rules? Dont give a s... On your customers? So just dont waste Your money and time using this scam company ;)”

“Terrible service, would recommend booking direct with drivers as they charge 6% on top of price and take 25% off the drivers. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a payment. I have emailed several times and still cant get a definite answer when payment will be made. I have sent them an invoice for late payment of 10 months and instructed a solicitor to contact them. I have also asked for COMPLAINTS procudure to which I have had to reply. I have requested my account closed which so far I have had NO REPLY - Avoid as very poor”

“Do not use Get Transfer - their customer experience is terrible. I had a booking that they did not turn up to and then cancelled after the booking time - leaving me with no replacement and no alternative. I had another booking with them that I then cancelled ahead of time (5 days out), based on this experience and they then kept all the money for that booking - providing no refund. This is not a good company and I thoroughly recommend you do not use them.”

“Please DO NOT use this site. They DO NOT pay their drivers. Thousands of drivers have been waiting 10 months for trips they have completed! I am a driver and have not been paid. Pay no attention to these false r-eview-s here. Read the reviews further down. Complete cloak and dagger company ripping people off all over the world.”

“I want to give zero buth I can't, booked 2 transfers, 1 transfer never came, other had to wait 2 h at immigration Miami, not my fault, never got refund, Not my fault I had to wait at immigration, GET TRANSFER STEALS YOUR MONEY, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY”

“Please be careful when you use this company. When we went out of Antalya airport arrivals, no one was waiting for us. We waited 30 minutes, called gettransfer but no luck. We had to take a taxi and it was almost double price. And now they refuse to pay our money back. Very bad company. I wish I have read reviews before I booked with this company. Not sure, even they are a company..Never again!!”

“- They haven't paid to drivers for a long time - You maynot be met at the airport - In case of any delay, You can pay more or even driver will be left without notice. You have to pay for expensive call or other taxi service - The vehicle and other stuff You book maynot match your reservation (e.g. lower class vehicle, no wi-fi or child seat, language) - If you want to cancel, or any driver doesn't show up, They won't return your money to your credit card. They will just offer you other transfer service - Most of the drivers, without necessary licenses and insurances. In case of any issue, You can be in a big trouble - Many of the positive reviews are fake, they pay for reviews - It seems they are Russian scam company even without a proper address and communication means soon going to bankruptcy”

“This a scam! I paid for a taxi to pick up my parents, no one showed up to pick them up. I keep getting other offers for a pick up. The way this site work is by car, if you have an expensive car picking you up, you pay more. I am not paying for the car but the ride. Don't trust them, don't waste your money, shop around!”

“Unreliable Company. Stay away from this service. I waited one hour for driver. Then he finally showed up in a different car and our luggage didn’t fit in. Customer service unreliable and not interested in resolving the matter professional and refund money to my credit card. One and done. Never again. Don’t use this service.”
