I booked transportation well in advance and paid 180 euros upfront. Not only did the original driver cancel at the last minute, but they replaced the vehicle with an older, smaller, and clearly subpar car—nowhere near what I paid for.
Then, to make things worse, my flight was cancelled due to escalating regional tensions in the Middle East—something completely out of my control. I immediately contacted their support team, provided official proof from the airline, and asked for either a refund or rescheduling. Their response? A cold, robotic “non-refundable” policy with zero empathy or flexibility.
So now I’m out 180 euros for a service I never received, thanks to their lack of professionalism and basic decency
