Terrible service They charged my account but didn't provide the service. No one to talk to on their customer service AVOID!!

Horrible experience. Booked an airport transfer, made a one day off error which I noticed immediately after paying. No way to modify booking, only option is to cancel. I canceled (remember this is within minutes of booking) and am informed that the fee is non-refundable. I contacted customer service who also just replied it is non refundable. So they essentially stole 90 euros from me for 5 minutes of a booking that never happened. I wish I had looked more closely at the reviews for this company.

I am a transport company to who GetTransfer is owing money, over 1500€ since november 2022. They charge the drivers an average commission of 26% not regarding tolls, diesel, or any other ride expenses. Plus, they charge more 35% to the passengers. If something goes wrong, they don't refund the passengers like they don't pay the drivers. This is a huge fraud.

This platform doesn't refund passengers if something goes wrong and it doesn't pay the drivers. They are thieves... Don't use it, just Alert everybody to avoid it

I am a transport company. Gettransfer is owing me money since November 2022. In order to "compensate" me they told me they would lower their commission in 1/2. But This platform is cheating with drivers and passengers. They charge us a commission up to 28% plus they add 35% more to the prices we offer to the passengers. This is not Low cost. It's SCAM, FRAUD. Avoid this platform.

SCAM - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTNCES I paid £1,000 for a return transfer from Denver to Aspen. Driver never appeared leaving me and my child stranded at the airport, late and with no means of transport. In Short - GETTRANSFER agreed to refund, which I have in writing, and told me several times that it would be refunded to my account. This has never happened and now they have gone radio silent. Disgrace of an organisation and I would advise you to read the many reviews of people like me who have been scammed in similar way.

I have booked a ride in Manila, Philippines. First of all it is useless, you can get cheaper price in airport directly. Second if your flight delayed due to the weather (force major), and it happens often in this region, you would not get refund.

I booked a transfer from JFK airport to New Jersey. I paid for the transfer beforehand, and I had an email of confirmation. I tried to contact the driver days before the journey, to agree about the pick up point, not receiving any reply from him. I contacted Gettransfer customer service, they said they would put me in contact with the driver, but no answer still. At the day of the trip I contacted Gettransfer again, to say that I had no answer from the driver. When I arrived at the airport I managed to ring the driver, who stated not having been booked for that trip. I informed Gettransfer immediately and I asked for the refund. They said they should investigate on it, even though after having sent evidence off not replying from the driver and the receipt of the payment for the taxi I had to book. It is a week already, and even though I emailed Gettransfer almost every day, I have had nor a proper reply nor a refund.

The worst transfer company you will find. You pay in advance and then they just do not appear to pick you up. After 20 minuts of phone calls they say they can not arrive before 30 minuts more. They wait you to say you can wait any more to get your money and not doing the transfer. DO NOT use it unless you want to loose your money.

I started to work as a driver last year. And i chose 1 month payment period but unfortunately i worked 4 months without getting any payment even due that i done all transfers seamless, without any problems. But it has been one year that i haven't been paid! What a disappointment!

We ordered a car 3 weeks ago and they sent us today (the day it was booked) that they will need us to pay more because the driver cancelled. Which is not our fault at all, but instead of compensating us we were asked to pay more?! I also asked then for the receipt of the refund so i can track it but they are not replying at all. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Thieves. They don't pay drivers (i'm one of them) - so be prepared you'll be left alone at the airport, just like a small revenge. And you'll get no refund. I'm very surprised they are functioning for several years already and not arested. Somebody please stop them! I wish them burn in hell.

Sorry, they are a scam company. Take the money, changed the drivers details and on arrival at airport they did not show up. Tried repeatedly to contact latest driver who did not answer their phone. Contacted support centre who stated they would look into and come back to me. They didn't. Afterwards they did not answer any calls from myself or travelling partners. I emailed them and after 24hrs got a response that looks a text-book template response, stating apologies and they had instigated a refund. I emailed again asking for them to show they had undertaken this, but off course the trail goes cold and no response received. Regretting not undertaking more thorough reviews of this company. It seems you take a chance booking with these and personally there are far more reliable companies out their who would provide a honest service. Please dont take a chance on this company despite so many favourable reviews below.

It's a scam and a rip off! We booked a driver a month ahead for miami airport pickup to naples florida, it's a two hour drive. GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer accepted the job and was paid. When we arrived he was not in the airport and I could not contact him. We booked another car, paid again and got to our destination. The next day I got a text from GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer saying he only had to wait for "a while" and that he did not have to tell me he was leaving the airport and stranding us. He also text me saying that GET TRANSFER were perfectly happy with this arrangement. We did NOT establish a waiting time. I tried to contact him as soon as we arrived both by text and direct call, no answer. The driver was booked for a TWO HOUR drive but claimed he had to leave because he had another scheduled trip. I think GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer took my money, arrived at the airport picked up another client at the arrivals gate and therefore got a second fare. We entered into a contract with GET TRANSFER and GERARDO 75DFGV Jeep Wagoneer my money was taken and the contract was not completed. I have emailed GET TRANSFER 6 times and been told they need my reservation number (sent twice) . There is just enough contact to keep you thinking something will be resolved, but so far I have not had my money returned! Do not book with this company SCAM.

On the 1st of March I had arrived to Madrid as a solo traveler. Before my departure from my home country to Madrid, I had booked and paid for a taxi and made sure it was accepted and everything. Gave all my details including my flight number, what terminal I would arrive at as well as time. When I arrived I messaged and called my driver several times and even attempted to speak Spanish, and to my surprise not a single response was given. On the GetTransfer App it showed that the ride was complete when I was still at the airport waiting. After an hour of trying to make sense of the situation I gave up. On the same day, I emailed the company describing my situation and after a couple days (with me sending reminders) I finally received a response saying that I will be refunded the money within 30 days guaranteed, depending on my bank. Well 30 days and more pass and I still didn't receive my refund. I emailed several other emails with new threads and to no surprise I received not even one response nor feedback what so ever. After some time pass, I finally received a response from "the manager" where she asks me the same questions as my first encounter. At this point I was getting fed up with waiting so I emailed the person immediately when I received their email. Apparently it takes a full day for a "manager" to do a decision on a refund that was already promised and guaranteed to me beforehand. However, when they responded, the rude response stated that I will receive my refund on a scheduled date. This meant I had to wait another 20 days to receive it. Guess what happened ? THAT'S RIGHT ! I didn't receive my refund on the initial date this person stated .... I received it another 3 days late, and when I kept emailing them, they just stopped responding altogether. Anyways, after almost 2 months passing, I finally received my refund. In spite all of this, the point is, if you promise your customers they will get their refund withing the 30 days, schedule it within those 30 days. And when the customer gets tired and is emailing you clearly being desperate and angry, respond and don't make the situation worse. If you are not capable of handling customer complaints, for Christ sake do not get into customer care service and especially not become the damn manager !!

After that the driver may have to leave for the next booking. Once again, we sincerely apologize for not meeting our usual high standards.
