“Warning. Fraud. Do not use. I booked an expensive ride with them. They cancelled the ride, and did not provide an alternative. Still they refuse to pa back my money (only can get credits). So to recap: I paid for a service that THEY cancelled. And THEY refuse to pay backup money. In any legal system that is FRAUD.”

“Do not use this company. They took our money and did not provide the service. The driver left us stranded at Nice Airport and went home because the passport control was taking too long. On our return to the airport we sent him the complete address of our hotel and waited outside. He emailed to say he was outside, he was not we walked up and down the road looking for him. Either this company or the driver is a scam as it cost us another 450 Euros to get taxis to and from the airport.”

“Tried to charge me $50 additional because the driver OFFERED to drop me off three doors down from the drop off location. Absolutely never using this service again. If you use this service get out of the car at your designated drop off location. In my situation, my airbnb did not show up on GetTransfers map, so I selected the nearest public hotel. When we arrived, the driver offered to take us 3 doors down to our airbnb. I didn't realize they would later try to ask me for $50 for the 90 meter difference. Good luck and beware when booking with this company.”

“Scam drove their clients for365$ refused to pay when asked to get paid they deactivated the account . As a driver , strongly not recommended . They refused to pay even if their policy says that you will get paid within 3 business days that's a lie they took 7 weeks to pay the first time then I did 5 other trips and no pay same thing happened to several other drivers in canada and usa stay away from these scumbags. Even their telephone # shows up as scam and”

“This is probably the worse company to hire for transfer. When I arrived the driver never responded to my messages. The companies customer service is even worse. Their call lines are hopeless. It’s a total scam please use Uber or some other app. Dr Richard William”

“STAY WAY from them !!!! Stay away from them. They are totally a fraud and a scam company. I had booked a transportation in Brussels from our Hotel to the airport with a driver called: “Moukrim” (Scoda stationwagon, plate number: TXAN896) , and although I had prepaid for the transportation 134,55euro the driver never came to picked us and we were almost lost our flight back home. I had sent several emails and phone calls to the company “GetTransfer” asking to refund and give me back my money and after many days they reply that they need to investigate the case and they will answer (when??? Probably never !!!) My case is very clear (driver never appeared to picked us, although he take my money) and the company refuse to give my money back !!! If this is not a scam, then what it is ???? Save your money and your health and stay a way from them. Lampros.T”

“Never again! In total their drivers didn't show up twice and what these people did is they returned the money but not to my card but to my Gettransfer account only thus making me order again. This time I had to book a transfer from Bratislava to Vienna on the 21th of July after ACDC concert (couldn't prebook elsewhere but Uber surprisingly appeared to be cheaper at a place). The driver first asked me if I could cancel my trip and pay him cash and then he told me he can't reach the concert and we agreed that I come by railroad to the main station having spent 25 euros extra. He was 1 hour late! As it turned out he brought other people from the concert and only then us making two times more money. Gettransfer of course took prepayment and when I wasn't sure the driver was coming to pick us up at all, Gettransfer weren't reachable. There's no way you can chat or call them. You can just leave a claim for them to consider. And you know what they answered me thereafter (in 1 day after the trip)? They asked to provide them the trip number. I haven't been using them for more than a year by then, couldn't they just find the trip no. by themselves? This is a company which takes money, doesn't control their drivers at all and in case of problems you have to chase them after and most likely will not get the money back but just on Getransfer account (read their rules). Must be stupid to use them!”

“Horrible experience. Booked an airport transfer, made a one day off error which I noticed immediately after paying. No way to modify booking, only option is to cancel. I canceled (remember this is within minutes of booking) and am informed that the fee is non-refundable. I contacted customer service who also just replied it is non refundable. So they essentially stole 90 euros from me for 5 minutes of a booking that never happened. I wish I had looked more closely at the reviews for this company.”

“I am a transport company to who GetTransfer is owing money, over 1500€ since november 2022. They charge the drivers an average commission of 26% not regarding tolls, diesel, or any other ride expenses. Plus, they charge more 35% to the passengers. If something goes wrong, they don't refund the passengers like they don't pay the drivers. This is a huge fraud.”

“I am a transport company. Gettransfer is owing me money since November 2022. In order to "compensate" me they told me they would lower their commission in 1/2. But This platform is cheating with drivers and passengers. They charge us a commission up to 28% plus they add 35% more to the prices we offer to the passengers. This is not Low cost. It's SCAM, FRAUD. Avoid this platform.”

“SCAM - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTNCES I paid £1,000 for a return transfer from Denver to Aspen. Driver never appeared leaving me and my child stranded at the airport, late and with no means of transport. In Short - GETTRANSFER agreed to refund, which I have in writing, and told me several times that it would be refunded to my account. This has never happened and now they have gone radio silent. Disgrace of an organisation and I would advise you to read the many reviews of people like me who have been scammed in similar way.”

“I have booked a ride in Manila, Philippines. First of all it is useless, you can get cheaper price in airport directly. Second if your flight delayed due to the weather (force major), and it happens often in this region, you would not get refund.”
