booking 18147465 - when do we get our money back? we order a transfer, nobody showed up. please pay back our money! I wrote to you about 15 times!! so please answer and PAY BACK our money!

They are thief. They do not pay drivers and customers can not get refund. They are all Thief, Thief, Thief, .... Do not use this company. Gettransfer.com is a scam company

My driver did not show up at the airport, I reported this to GetTransfer but after an initial “we’re looking into it” email, they didn’t get back to me and ignored all my subsequent emails. I did a chargeback through my bank, and they found in my favour. GetTransfer then reverted the refund I was issued. I got in touch with them to report this, and surprise surprise - they’re ignoring my emails again. They’re not a professional company, they don’t care about their customers. And whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be fired ASAP.

I felt I was cheated by get transfer. I was not picked on October 22 at Barcelona cruise terminal. Called the driver who said he has no booking, was rude and banged the phone. From that day I have sent 10 messages to Get transfer and got replied twice saying it’s being investigated. Till today Nov 7 they have not refunded my money and it appears they don’t trust their customers . Even if they don’t it’s a lot of time to investigate. I cannot take another chance on such company

Booked an airport transfer 10 days in advance for a 0415hrs pickup. Driver messaged the day it was booked to confirm and all was well. The evening prior to pickup I messaged the driver with no reply, he had been online earlier that day however. Roll on 0415hrs, no driver. 0430hrs, no driver. 0445hrs, managed to grab a local taxi to get me to the airport in time for my flight. Dropped the company and email asking for a refund due to a no show and was happy to receive an apologetic email in response stating that they would need to investigate it, and this could take some time. Several more messages and emails from my side with no response and no refund. As the majority have said, the company is an elusive scam with little or no chance of seeing your money again. Please avoid.

Never had such experience before...with such unprofessional and dishonest service. Unfortunately, our story looks pretty much similar to those already posted (I should have read it before!) and I am now decided to take legal action to get my money back and publish our experience as much as possible on social media (sorry, not possible to rate less than one star...). Briefly about the facts which took place last August for a very urgent ride scheduled between Richmond, VA and Boston, MA (more than 1,000 Usd) with my young children. Two hours before the ride, the dispatcher called me to inform that it was cancelled and that another option had been found with a new driver from Richmond airport. 30 minutes before meeting, this second driver called me to cancel the ride! I immediatly called the dispatcher for an alternative and urgent solution but he never called me back ! I was left next to the road with two young children for a service paid but never provided...this situation is simply unacceptable! We had to take train and buses to reach our destination (not for free, of course). Since August, I am struggling to get -at least- refund for the two "no shows" from Gettransfer's drivers. All this time waiting and receiving confirmation that my request is being proceeded...I have even received a notice that it had been already reimbursed! Which is completly wrong (I have asked for evidence but of course never received it...). Why not simply apologize and refund straight away? Why losing so much time? Unfortunately for GETTRANSFER, unless refund confirmation is received, I will definitly not remain inactive...

Do not book with gettransfer.com if you are a customers and do not drive your them if you are drivers. They never pay the drivers and they never pay the customer back if they cancel booking or even if the booking is cancelled by driver. We are drivers company and they owe us over 10.000€ and its been 18 months and we are still waiting to get paid.

This is a company Able Connect LTD, writing this review. I am part of the admin team. This review is for both customers who may use this taxi service, drivers/companies who want to join. They will pay you first time and then as soon as you make a big invoice they will steal of you. I haven’t been paid my invoice for the last 3 months. I have called numerous being polite as much as I can. Team member Nicolas and manager Valerie have both clearly told there team to reject my calls and whenever I do get through to them they say “we apologise for the delay in payment”. They initially made me wait 2 months and said payment will be made at the end of September, however that was an absolute lie. Now they are blackmailing me to make my drivers work more and get a bit taken out of there commission. They said the following quote on the phone: “we owe a lot of people money”. Unprofessional service, honestly. So if your passenger ask yourself, is there a point booking if my driver won’t get paid for his/her work at the end of the day. If you’re a company/driver, just avoid it. Trustpilot if you need proof of anything I am happy to forward all email correspondence. We even made them a reasonable offer of payment 75% and 25% later, which they ignored.

We flew from England to France and had pre-booked a transfer through Gettransfer from the French airport to our accommodation, as well as a return transfer a week later to the airport for our flight back to England. These transfers were arranged over three weeks in advance, fully confirmed, and paid for. Upon arriving at the airport in France on a Sunday morning, we received an email that had been sent while we were still in the air, just two hours before our scheduled pick-up. The email informed us that our transfer had been cancelled, with no alternative arranged. This left us stranded in France on a Sunday, with no public transport options and an 18-month-old child. We had specifically chosen this company to ensure a car seat would be provided, so we wouldn’t have to carry our own on the plane. Initially, I was told we would be refunded, plus an additional 10% as a goodwill gesture. However, upon checking my account, no refund was made. After contacting Gettransfer, I was informed that the amount had been credited to my account with them instead of being refunded. I have since been in constant communication, requesting a proper refund because they cancelled the service but they still refuse to return my money. They have now stopped responding to my emails, and the only possible way to recover some of the money appears to be through my credit card provider. The two transfers we booked with them cost £66.72, but in the end, we had to spend £140 on alternative transfers, leaving us over £200 out of pocket

Warning. Fraud. Do not use. I booked an expensive ride with them. They cancelled the ride, and did not provide an alternative. Still they refuse to pa back my money (only can get credits). So to recap: I paid for a service that THEY cancelled. And THEY refuse to pay backup money. In any legal system that is FRAUD.

Do not use this company. They took our money and did not provide the service. The driver left us stranded at Nice Airport and went home because the passport control was taking too long. On our return to the airport we sent him the complete address of our hotel and waited outside. He emailed to say he was outside, he was not we walked up and down the road looking for him. Either this company or the driver is a scam as it cost us another 450 Euros to get taxis to and from the airport.

Tried to charge me $50 additional because the driver OFFERED to drop me off three doors down from the drop off location. Absolutely never using this service again. If you use this service get out of the car at your designated drop off location. In my situation, my airbnb did not show up on GetTransfers map, so I selected the nearest public hotel. When we arrived, the driver offered to take us 3 doors down to our airbnb. I didn't realize they would later try to ask me for $50 for the 90 meter difference. Good luck and beware when booking with this company.

Scam drove their clients for365$ refused to pay when asked to get paid they deactivated the account . As a driver , strongly not recommended . They refused to pay even if their policy says that you will get paid within 3 business days that's a lie they took 7 weeks to pay the first time then I did 5 other trips and no pay same thing happened to several other drivers in canada and usa stay away from these scumbags. Even their telephone # shows up as scam and
