My trip was canceled by the conductor while I was on the flight. I received an email with a new offer, which I obviously didn't respond to right away because I was on the plane. When I saw that the conductor hadn't arrived and went to read the messages, I saw the offer, which they said was no longer valid because too much time had passed (about 1 hour). It's been two months, and I still haven't received the €112.8 refund. They're not serious! In fact, they're dishonest!
