“Sucks!!! Terrible . Don’t paid on time . Paid less than expected . Customer service are ignorants and RUDE . Customer service are total idiots . Will quit working for them . Terrible !!!!!!!”

“They charge the drivers 21.5% commission and the customers 8%. Then you get some commission for transfer of the funds if you ever get it at all because I didn't get anything yet after 2 months of work. Then you have to pay the fuel and then income tax off of whatever is left. Effectively it makes you have to work below a minimum hourly wage and pray you didn't get any accident. This is beyond rip off. Don't wish the worst enemy to be their slave.”

“I was a driver independent and i made in the corona time about 15 trips of 2400 Swiss frank till today that chinese honkong compamy they did not paid my earned money till today they say there is pandemic and the reality there is no pandemic means that they use to make them rich without paying the debt they owe. I regret to trust some company i will say you, i will never stop fighting against Mafia gettransfer untill i get my earned money. Any one customer or Partner take care use local Taxis and pay more for your security. And to the concerned authority this company must be sold in order to pay the debt they owe. Any one wants to contact me let me know. More than two years till now the same word they say we will contact you and now we cant say which time shall we pay Mafia company pay attention any one”

“IS big 0!! Is big 0!!! I book ride from Dubai to Doha and they cancelled ride 10 min before departure.Ride was 655£!!!They didn't provide another car also they inform me that they will refund money on my get transfer account.Not on my bank acc.It was group of 5 of us and we spend 3500£ extra on plane tickets.Never ever use this company!!! I ask for refund but they give me credit to use.I Never going to use them!!!They don't provide money also they don't give you money back!!!Big SCAM!!!”

“Paid for a trip from Fort Lauderdale to Miami airport , driver said traffic was busy and he’d be 30 minutes late . I got a text 20 minutes later asking me to rate my ride, the driver never did show up and my calls to the scamming B went to voicemail. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks now but I’m writing it off as the scammers will never refund my money, Do Not Use.”

“Booked a van for photoshoot, evening before trip driver asked to cancel. I wrote to support to provide alternative within 1 hour or give money back. They failed to provide alternative, so I had to book a different company. They didn’t give money back because of “user agreement paragraph 4” 48h cancel. Total scam, avoid at all cost!”

“If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is utterly useless in all facets. Driver was not at the airport when we arrived. The contact number for the driver either rang out or was straight to voicemail (probably cancelled the call!). The head office number never answered. I forwarded my complaint to the given email address and was informed their so called Quality Assurance Department were looking into it and would contact me. Its been over two weeks and despite numerous messages since i have still had no contact from them. They are a scam company and from seeing other reviews looks like they fleece people for their money without any intention of sorting a transfer out.”

“The positive reviews are created by a 'click farm'. My wife tried to use them for a trip to London. The driver (on the way down) canceled and the replacement driver sat outside (no contact) and was about to leave when she checked. No one from Get Transfer thought to tell her that it was a different driver or car. Then her ride back: the original driver cancelled, she contacted them and was told a different driver would do the trip but his car was 'broken' so she is (currently) stuck in London. Several hours after her (agreed) trip would take place, she is still stuck in London with no alternative offered or contact. SADLY the firm is in Cyprus (the website misleads you that this is 'GetTransfer Ltd' who went bust a couple of years ago; if we can find their UK assets we will be suing them. DO NOT USE. Uber (or others) may be more expensive but at least they turn up. BTW my partner is disabled, which they knew when they took the bookings. Sadly there is no option g=to give less than a 1 *”

“I wanted to cancel my booking because the taxi driver could be there 1 hour later. Taxi driver couldn't cancel and had to contsct gettranfer! It was not possible to cancel and I don't get refund. AVOID THOSE SCAMMERS”

“TRANSFER NOT COMPLETED!!! We booked a transfer (round trip) for October 24 (stockholm-Arlanda / Stora Nygatan 20 – Stockholm) and October 28 (Stora Nygatan 20 – Stockholm / stockholm-Arlanda). This couldn't be honoured... Apparently the driver just didn't come (and made some inconvenience for us...nobody was waiting for us when we arrived in stockholm, and we had to make arrangements to make the trip by our own means and at our expense = 695 SK). The only response we got was, "The driver's behavior is inappropriate and we will take serious action on him." For the return, we were offered a "solution" with a supplement of 49€... knowing that it did not seem "safe". So we had to manage (again) to find a solution (still at our expense: 695 SK). We therefore naturally requested reimbursement of the sums presented for the service which was not rendered (no more no less, despite the damage suffered)! What we were told by different interlocutors: “You have accepted the user agreement where all the information on the refund policy is issued. Please check paragraph 4 of the terms and conditions”. Clearly you have a right to have (great!) still need to have a project... and the desire to solicit this company again! In short… this company seems to put up with its shortcomings, and does not respect all of its customers who pay for a service without it being provided. It looks like a commercial scam!”

“A very poor experience so far. The company cancelled our airport transfer with only thirty minutes notice! Luckily our AirBnB host was able to find us another taxi but it was very stressful as there was only one flight and if we missed it we would have incurred additional accommodation costs. Now they are refusing a refund. Terrible service and very hard to contact.”

“TOTAL SCAM! AVOID! They cancelled my taxi at 2am. Finally managed to get a taxi in the morning after a lot of stress. Then they refunded my money but only as a form of credit on their site. I am currently in the process of getting NatWest to get my money back due to fraud etc. Do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service and anyone who works for a company like this should be ashamed of themselves.”

“Booked a transfer to the airport and it never showed up. Asked the transfer to be cancelled, got a confirmation of it and was told I would get a refund. Three months after, still no refund. I sent them all the emails and messages proving this, even the Uber receipt I had to take, and still won’t be given my refund. I keep being told that the trip was completed.”
