A very poor experience so far. The company cancelled our airport transfer with only thirty minutes notice! Luckily our AirBnB host was able to find us another taxi but it was very stressful as there was only one flight and if we missed it we would have incurred additional accommodation costs. Now they are refusing a refund. Terrible service and very hard to contact.

TOTAL SCAM! AVOID! They cancelled my taxi at 2am. Finally managed to get a taxi in the morning after a lot of stress. Then they refunded my money but only as a form of credit on their site. I am currently in the process of getting NatWest to get my money back due to fraud etc. Do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service and anyone who works for a company like this should be ashamed of themselves.

Booked a transfer to the airport and it never showed up. Asked the transfer to be cancelled, got a confirmation of it and was told I would get a refund. Three months after, still no refund. I sent them all the emails and messages proving this, even the Uber receipt I had to take, and still won’t be given my refund. I keep being told that the trip was completed.

No service provided, no money back. This company does not take any responsibility for the services that they claim to provide. If their driver does not show up and you miss your flight, they will not offer you any replacement, or compensation. Moreover, they refuse to pay your money back to you. The money that you paid for the service that they did not provide, which is a violation of the law. This all makes me wonder whether this organization is at all legit. Do not recommend trusting this service.

I booked get transfer for February next year and straight after I booked and paid in full, I noticed that my booking said 8 people when we were 14. I didn’t think it would matter as we had an 18 seater transit confirmed. But I went straight back and checked. I got a terrible reply (standard script which didn’t answer my question). The driver has been informed! Days later they have tried to charge me another £200 plus pounds for the trip. I cancelled straight away BUT can’t get my money back only a credit with the company. I have read the reviews and don’t want a credit at all as I don’t trust this company. Has anyone managed to get a refund out of them? If so how? Thanks

We had a flight delay of 1.5 hours and even though they have tried to find an alternate driver, they said that it was not possible to get one. And ofcourse there was no refund. Their reply to my complaint is the following: "Due to their User Agreement paragraph 4 (https://gettransfer.com/en/terms_of_use) flight delay/cancellation is considered to be the late change of transfer details (less than 48 hours), we cannot make a refund for you or find the new driver. All the questions about the expenses can be addressed to your flight company." I have contaced the driver who was going to pick us up and I can assure you that he was not paid the ride and thus this company, just got paid for NO SERVICES provided!!! AVOID AT ALL CAUSES!!!!

This company is a scam, do not use. I paid $300 for a ride to bring an aging relative from JFK airport to her home in Pennsylvania, the driver did not go to the appointed meeting place but told me he did and waited 10 mins, when the contract said 60 mins. Then the driver tried to extort an additional $400 cash from me. Then he started asking me what was her name, what was her flight number, even though he had told me that he was at the appointed meeting point with a sign originally. This is disgusting. Do not use this service. Oh and when I rang customer service, I was continually cut off before being transferred to a representative. As I write this I am simulataneously working to try to locate my vulnerable relative but want everyone to know in case they make the same mistake I did in trusting this company. Update on this, the driver went back, got my relative and then called me to continue to try to extort $400 in cash from me. When I told him no he threatened to drop my relative a mile or so outside JFK airport. I had to threaten to call the cops, just to get him to drop her back to the airport, where he virtually threw a disabled 60 year old female out of the car. And this was at 11pm at night. This is quite simply horrendous, I have never experienced anything like this. Looks like a Scam tactic I've booked and paid for a nice luxury transporter bus for €122,50 two days later I received a e-mail with the info that the selected was not available for the transfer and that that have found a "better" option for me, lol. Now they want to want me to agree to a Small old Fiat Fiorino. I don't mind taking a downgrade if the other is not available, but at least i want some compensation for the price I've paid. For me it feels like they lure customers with a nice reservation, nice looking transfer bus, make you pay for it and then scam you by changing the vehicle. If you cancel the trip you will receive store a credit but once you want to look for an other selection there will only be higher prices to choose from. By this way you still have to book because if you don't the €122,50 I've already spend will be wasted. The cheapest available to choose from now is a small Renault Clio with a price of €156 that's a extra €33.50

If you are thinking about using this company DON'T!!!! I stupidly booked and paid £45 for a pick up today and the driver did not show. I took the email to the airport service desk, they ran a report and the car had not entered the airport. I tried to call on numerous occassions but the phone went to VM. There is no one to talk to regarding a refund. POOR POOR service.

If you cancel with them you only get a credit for a future transfer, they will not refund you for the payment method you used. When I contacted them, they sent me an email stating that I had accepted their user agreement. Basically, read the (very long) fine print.

the worths experience!!! I made a reservation, I paid it 550$ and 2 days before de trip I canceled! it's been 2 weeks now and severals phone calls, email and when they answer ( because they don't answering always) they said don't worry my supervisor will call you back and he will reimburse you the money..... Nothing!! and the worse they don't answer my phone calls or emails anymore!!

We booked a car with car seats for our two children. The car arrived fifteen minutes late with no car seats. The company did not care, did not refund us, or provide a car with car seats. They ignored our messages asking them to fix the problem.

This site is a total scam! Wish I had read reviews before ever booking with them. I have previously used Gettransfer.com without problems but when I had to cancel a transfer (three days after booking, more than 30 days before the transfer) I discovered how crooked they are. They will never answer the phone, they never answer cancellation emails and on FB, they will just refer you to their email customer service (who will never reply). After two weeks of trying to get in contact with them, I do not think I will ever get my refund. What a mess! And please do not refer me to info @ gettransfer.com ! They never reply!

Terrible company that cancelled my Taxi 20 minutes before i was due to go the Airport laving me stranded and having to drive myself or miss my flight and my holiday. Impossible to get refund as to add further insult into injury they are now charging me for the return leg that they re-instated without my request to do so whilst I was on Holiday. DO NOT USE

I paid in advance a transfer from Miami International Airport to Fort Lauderdale on April 5,2022. The driver never showed up and I had to take a taxi. I asked several times the company to refund the 63 € they charged me for a service which was never provided. They refused without any acceptable explanation.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT GetTransfer is responsible for credit card fraud. They failed to provide the trip for which I paid 159.36€ in full and in advance, and they have refused to refund my money, instead giving me a “credit” on their unreliable website. In February 2022, I booked a rather expensive trip in Texas on GetTransfer.com, because I was not going to have access to a car while visiting. I received an email confirming the trip, and 159.36€ was charged to my bank account. In April, six weeks after having paid and thinking my trip was secure, less than 24 hours before the car was supposed to pick us up, and with no prior notice, I received an automatic email from GetTransfer saying my driver had canceled, with a link to their website which confirmed that my trip had been canceled. The agitation and anxiety this caused my husband and I was considerable, as we were expected in another city the very next day, and we were in the middle of a busy and stressful trip. Soon after I received an email from someone at GetTransfer informing me that my driver had canceled and that the replacement driver would cost an additional 90USD. The email asked for my confirmation of the new trip and additional charges. I DID NOT approve the new driver or the extra charges. I replied demanding a full refund and was forced to make other transportation arrangements, as we urgently needed to leave the next day. I considered my agreement with GetTransfer to be void, as they did not deliver the service agreed upon although I had already paid. At almost midnight that evening, about 10 hours after having my trip canceled, I received an email from a second manager at GetTransfer, saying that they had now found a driver to make the trip at the original price. Obviously by then it was far too late, as we needed to leave by 9am the next morning and I’d booked another car from a different service. During the next week I exchanged many emails with the two managers and the Quality Assurance Team, but the end result was their refusal to refund my money and their incorrect assertion that I “refused” the trip I had paid for. This was far from the case and they were clearly in breach of our agreement. Apparently they expected me to wait 10 hours until the last possible moment on the chance that they would sort out their problems with their unreliable drivers and fluctuating fees in time for my trip, though I had been told that it was canceled. This matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED, as they owe me 159.36€ for a trip they failed to provide! Unless you want to fight a battle dragging on for months in order to recoup your money (see attached images), DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS SERVICE!
