“This company is not legitimate. They take your money when you book. They do not turn up and left us stranded. I called them and spoke to someone in Cyprus who told me to email. I e mailed and they told me to read terms and conditions. I did and informed them that they have broken the terms. I have not heard back. I have read now many similar reviews. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY It seems a brilliant concept, but it is just a scam. They are defrauding thousands of people like myself. Don’t be another statistic. I will be reporting them.”

“I'm a driver for them, they are getting the money from the PAX, but not paying the drivers. DO NOT USE Gettransfer, they are probably headed for bankcrupcy. As fas as i know they are not refunding PAX either. Its a SCAM company.”

“The driver never turn up to pick me up at the airport and choose not to answer my calls or messages. Get transfer refuses my request for full refund, instead they are only offering a credit for a future ride. However, I do not wish to use such an unreliable service ever again. Its a scam!! keep away!!!”

“Hello just to share I worked with yoh From October which was supposed to be payed in one month and on the payment details supposed to be payed after a month and takes 10 processing days ( also too much ) but ok then I changed it to get payed every 3 days processing within 2 days on the 1st of November , On the 5 th of November exactly the day I was supposed to receive the first paymentI received and email saying that you terminated my contract, Strange although I was already supposed to receieve a payment but when I contacted the finance through email there answer was . Why several days I already have a payment due to receive on the 5th of November Which was yesterday why didnt I receive that one at least. “They charge the drivers 21.5% commission and the customers 8%. Then you get some commission for transfer of the funds if you ever get it at all because I didn't get anything yet after 2 months of work. Then you have to pay the fuel and then income tax off of whatever is left. Effectively it makes you have to work below a minimum hourly wage and pray you didn't get any accident. This is beyond rip off. Don't wish the worst enemy to be their slave.”

“I was a driver independent and i made in the corona time about 15 trips of 2400 Swiss frank till today that chinese honkong compamy they did not paid my earned money till today they say there is pandemic and the reality there is no pandemic means that they use to make them rich without paying the debt they owe. I regret to trust some company i will say you, i will never stop fighting against Mafia gettransfer untill i get my earned money. Any one customer or Partner take care use local Taxis and pay more for your security. And to the concerned authority this company must be sold in order to pay the debt they owe. Any one wants to contact me let me know. More than two years till now the same word they say we will contact you and now we cant say which time shall we pay Mafia company pay attention any one”

“IS big 0!! Is big 0!!! I book ride from Dubai to Doha and they cancelled ride 10 min before departure.Ride was 655£!!!They didn't provide another car also they inform me that they will refund money on my get transfer account.Not on my bank acc.It was group of 5 of us and we spend 3500£ extra on plane tickets.Never ever use this company!!! I ask for refund but they give me credit to use.I Never going to use them!!!They don't provide money also they don't give you money back!!!Big SCAM!!!”

“Paid for a trip from Fort Lauderdale to Miami airport , driver said traffic was busy and he’d be 30 minutes late . I got a text 20 minutes later asking me to rate my ride, the driver never did show up and my calls to the scamming B went to voicemail. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks now but I’m writing it off as the scammers will never refund my money, Do Not Use.”

“Booked a van for photoshoot, evening before trip driver asked to cancel. I wrote to support to provide alternative within 1 hour or give money back. They failed to provide alternative, so I had to book a different company. They didn’t give money back because of “user agreement paragraph 4” 48h cancel. Total scam, avoid at all cost!”

“If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is utterly useless in all facets. Driver was not at the airport when we arrived. The contact number for the driver either rang out or was straight to voicemail (probably cancelled the call!). The head office number never answered. I forwarded my complaint to the given email address and was informed their so called Quality Assurance Department were looking into it and would contact me. Its been over two weeks and despite numerous messages since i have still had no contact from them. They are a scam company and from seeing other reviews looks like they fleece people for their money without any intention of sorting a transfer out.”
