Do not use Get. They do not care about the customer. I booked a transfer with them. The driver was 1 hour late for a 30 minute ride. Asked for a partial refund and they refused. Even a small refund as a gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. I get it that they do not own the cars or run the transfers and are essentially a marketplace for local companies, but they should have the responsibility to look after the customer and make it right if something goes wrong.

DO NOT USE - SCAMMERS. They mislead on their website and say can cancel within 24 hrs but then refuse to refund despite their terms and conditions stating that they will if cancellation is due to Covid Pandemic. Slow in responding and do not answer questions posed.

Please people be very careful when booking with this fraud company. I made a booking for €330 and had to change the dates and the new dates did not suit the driver, so i had to cancel the booking, i was told it would be refunded to my personal account which i thought they meant my bank account, so i re -booked a new 1 with the new dates on my card only to then be told that i will be given credit to use with them, so i have spent almost €700 on a transfer as i wont need to use them again they are refusing to refund to my card absolute shambolic company please be really carefull

!!!! WHAT A FAKE COMPANY! DON'T DO ANY BOOKINGS ! THERE WILL BE NO DRIVER AND YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY !!!! I have ordered a service at Vienna Airport a week ago. Flight was in time. Driver never showed up. When trying to contact him there was only voicemail. When contacting Gettransfer and saking for my money to be refunded i was pit on hold with cheap excused that they are currently trying to contact their 'quality' department....what an sad joke. They never refunded the money and i had to ask my creditcard company to block this payment. WHAT A SCAM !!

Extremely bad company, they owe a huge amount of money to their suppliers ❗️ Only our company has to take approximately 5000€ from 2020 year…… They lied thousands of suppliers and customers all over the world. 😡

Blaming it on the pandemic, they withhold the carriers earnings…one-third to be exact. The say they will payout in thirds but if you’re not using the app you get no payout. Well over a year and a half has gone by and I’m still waiting on my money. Just emailed support a week ago to terminate the agreement. Today I get the following response: Dear partner, Notwithstanding the currently unstable epidemiological situation, we are not giving up on our commitment, and currently, we are doing our utmost to transfer the remaining payouts as soon as it is possible. Don't EVER use this company, especially during Covid. We had a transfer booked from Heathrow after our return from Cyprus but my wife tested positive for Covid. Understanding and help from this company was ZERO, all they were interested in was quoting their draconian cancellation policy. I don't think that they realise we are in a global pandemic and certainly DON'T CARE ! As we cancelled within 48 hours ( which every client waiting for a Covid test result will miss) we will lose all our money, over 250 pound. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.

DO NOT TRUST! When we booked our transfer last year we carefully checked the cancellation terms, now we've had to cancel their terms have been changed and they are refusing to refund, only add the funds to our account. Those were not the terms when we booked! Currently seeking legal advice! WOULD NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Terrible refund service. They cancelled my trip and said they would only give me a credit for their service. I won’t ever use them again. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Crooks…

They have a very terrible refund policy. I got a car for $1,000 the later cancelled and got one for $800. I told these people I wanted by $200 back into my account but they said that it can’t be refunded only kept as credit. The worst part is I’m probably never going to use the website again so does this mean that my $200 is gone within the blink of an eye? It just doesn’t make any sense. This should have been a legal matter but because I am leaving the country, I’m just leaving the sitautaion be. If you plan on cancelling your order then don’t use this website because they will not give you a refund.

Bad cancellation policy. The operator cancelled my trip. Even tough I wanted to go, they cancelled my trip. The worst: gettransfer didn’t refund to my credit card. Only a voucher. It was not my fault. Better take a local taxi company.

Good transfer from high rock lake for 3 pm flight. Pick up time was 1200 They were no show as they had no informed Bush Transport of transfer They have been “ investigating no show for 6 weeks” there is no replay from E mail and they have continue to keep the 144 dollars transfer fee The person who answered is a slick Russian. Wouldn’t trust Gettransfer. Com as they are frauds

Gettransfer lässt sich vorab den Fahrpreis von den Kunden überweisen, der Unternehmer der den Fahrauftrag ausführt geht leer aus!!!! in Deutschland nennt man das Vorteilsnahme/Betrug. Seit Dezember 2020 2 Fahrten ausgeführt , bis Heute nicht bezahlt, darüber hinaus noch weitere unbezahlte Fahrten aus dem 1ten Quartal 2020, auf Nachfrage kommen immer nur leere Versprechungen Gettransfer schreibt die angefragten Fahrten auf ihrer Plattform für Unternehmer aus, wird vom Kunden an den Unternehmer X der Auftrag vergeben muss der Kunde vorab zahlen , in meinem Fall warten wir seit 12 Monaten auf die Zahlung durchgeführter Fahrten , Fahrten bis April 2020, habe den Verdacht das Gettransfer die Kunden abkassiert und die beauftragtenFirmen allenfalls nach dem Giesskannen Prinzip bezahlt, die vereinnahmten Gelder werden anscheinend zur Deckung der eigenen Kosten verwendet.In Deutschland nennt man das Vorteilsnahme zu Lasten dritter, evtl auch Insolvenzverschleppung ,oder sollte man von Konkursbetrug sprechen? Gettransfer hofft anscheinend auf das Ende der Pandemie um dann wieder höhere Einnahmen zu generieren um dann vielleicht die enstandenen Verbindlichkeiten auszugleichen. ich für meinen Teil werde am Dienstag bei der englischen Polizei Anzeige erstatten, das geht auch per Telefon, einfach mal googln

I'd strongly suggest avoid using their services. 1. On my last trip not ride did not show up, but when I called said that he is 10 min away and after 45 min stop answering his phone. 2. On the other occasion the driver once again did not show up and the phone number he provided was actually his former girlfriend number so it was impossible to get in touch with him. While I realize that the service not necessary able to foresee "bad apples" the most infuriating part was their office handling the refunds, and this is the major reason for 1 star: first of all even if the ride does not show up, they do not refund their fees; second, the do not refund money, but issue a credit. So, if you do not want to use them in the future you, basically, stack with them. I tried to dispute this situation with my credit card and their answer was that since gettransfer clearly states that they do not give cash refunds I must be aware of it and take in under consideration when ordering service. So, just imagine, you order stuff on some web site, then the vendor tells you they do not have it, but they are not going to return the money and ask you to purchase something else and they keep their whatever fees! So, since they're not able effectively to screen their drivers and not willing to refund the money,- do your self a favor and look for some other, hopefully, more trustworthy sites
