I paid in advance a transfer from Miami International Airport to Fort Lauderdale on April 5,2022. The driver never showed up and I had to take a taxi. I asked several times the company to refund the 63 € they charged me for a service which was never provided. They refused without any acceptable explanation.

They have held the funds in my account for almost 3 years now and I have no idea how long they intend to keep my money.... emailed, called ... nothing....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT GetTransfer is responsible for credit card fraud. They failed to provide the trip for which I paid 159.36€ in full and in advance, and they have refused to refund my money, instead giving me a “credit” on their unreliable website. In February 2022, I booked a rather expensive trip in Texas on GetTransfer.com, because I was not going to have access to a car while visiting. I received an email confirming the trip, and 159.36€ was charged to my bank account. In April, six weeks after having paid and thinking my trip was secure, less than 24 hours before the car was supposed to pick us up, and with no prior notice, I received an automatic email from GetTransfer saying my driver had canceled, with a link to their website which confirmed that my trip had been canceled. The agitation and anxiety this caused my husband and I was considerable, as we were expected in another city the very next day, and we were in the middle of a busy and stressful trip. Soon after I received an email from someone at GetTransfer informing me that my driver had canceled and that the replacement driver would cost an additional 90USD. The email asked for my confirmation of the new trip and additional charges. I DID NOT approve the new driver or the extra charges. I replied demanding a full refund and was forced to make other transportation arrangements, as we urgently needed to leave the next day. I considered my agreement with GetTransfer to be void, as they did not deliver the service agreed upon although I had already paid. At almost midnight that evening, about 10 hours after having my trip canceled, I received an email from a second manager at GetTransfer, saying that they had now found a driver to make the trip at the original price. Obviously by then it was far too late, as we needed to leave by 9am the next morning and I’d booked another car from a different service. During the next week I exchanged many emails with the two managers and the Quality Assurance Team, but the end result was their refusal to refund my money and their incorrect assertion that I “refused” the trip I had paid for. This was far from the case and they were clearly in breach of our agreement. Apparently they expected me to wait 10 hours until the last possible moment on the chance that they would sort out their problems with their unreliable drivers and fluctuating fees in time for my trip, though I had been told that it was canceled. This matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED, as they owe me 159.36€ for a trip they failed to provide! Unless you want to fight a battle dragging on for months in order to recoup your money (see attached images), DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS SERVICE!

.WARNING. Driver didn’t show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by ‘Nick | Team Leader of Support Division’ that my driver would meet me in the Arrival’s Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15 .pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and canceled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment in a credit 'they will not give money back' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company

I booked and paid recently (April 5) a transfer from Miami International Airport to Fort Lauderdale. Whereas I gave my flight number, arrival time and asked that the driver must be there 1 hour later, he never showed up not didn't answer my phone calls, messages by WhatApp and SMS. After waiting an hour, I had finally to take a taxi. In spite of several requests for refunding of this not delivered service, Gettransfer refuses any refund saying without any proof that the driver was at the airport. This is simply fraud.

I booked and paid a transfer from Miami Airport to Fort Lauderdale this month. When arriving at Miami with the flight I indicated them (which was on time), the driver never showed up, didn't answer my messages, phone calls and SMS as I tried to know where he was waiting. I finally had to take a taxi and Gettransfer refused to refund the money for a service which wasn't delivered. This is simply theft !

I ordered a transportation from the Dead Sea to Ben Gurion Airport. From family reasons we couldn't travel and I cancelled the prepaid transfer. GetTransfer claims to keep the money in a company account saying that I can use it when I'm going to Israel again. This is an unfair business practice. As we will not be travelling to Israel in the near future, the company simply stole our money.

Free cancellation with a full refund doesn´t mean you will see your money after you cancel the trip well in advance. The only way is a voucher for future travel. Terrible customer service, useless QA department (dealing with a claim) - look better elsewhere.

Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.

I don't know where to start... absolutely appalling. They cancelled our transfer mid air so we arrived in grenoble with 7 children and no way to get up the mountain. When I phoned them to help they didn't and told me to have a good day!

Big scam, the driver (named Albarafelinaariasmora on the app) never showed up for a transfer to airport in Punta Cana. We've reserved the taxi for 7pm at our hotel but he wasn't there and only texts us at 19:25 pretenting he was there since 7pm... Hopefully we were already in another taxi but we loose 30$. No star is impossible but this feedback explains the only 1 star of 5.

No refund when booking cancelled due to quarantine rules changed. They have offered a voucher. You cannot speak to person, all emails are responded to by a bot. After a month of bombarding them for contact, an advisor called me to tell me not to contact them, they wont refund me, and then they hung up! Such terrible behaviour from a company when the cancellation was not our fault at all! I would not use them ever again.

I just spoke to the customer advisor for clarification of refund policy and how to access the voucher code. I was cut off by the advisor who just did not want to help by placing the phone down. Simply saying bye bye.

Terrible refund policy. Ambiguous and designed to make you can book with confidence. BUT - they will NOT refund even due to government or Covid issues. Be very careful using them. A "refund into your account" actually means you might get a voucher. You cannot talk to human, the email responses are from a BOT. If you do speak to a human they are not helpful and repeat the emails word for word and hang up on you. They have nearly £600 from our group that they refuse to refund after we could not travel due to COVID restrictions changing last minute.

Avoid. They advertise “Free Cancellation” but all you get is a voucher. Use local companies with good reviews DO NOT USE GETTRANSFER

Effectively have stolen £250 from me as they will only offer a refund on my account for a Covid cancelled trip. Even if I did intend to use their services again, this may not be for a long time so they are sitting on my money and gaining interest...SCAM!

After our trip was cancelled due to Covid restriction we discovered that "full refund" - did not mean refund at all. And a refund to "your account" actually means a refund to your "Get transfer" account. Essentially at best you get a voucher - They took nearly £500 from our group and we have no real possiblity of re-booking or using this again. Their claim of book with confidence is a deception. I strongly advise people look for alternative providers at this time when travel is still so uncertain. Their customer care in dealing with this was anything but care or service. I don't normally write reviews, but this is a proper scam - so be extremely wary. If your trip gets cancelled due to changes form the Government due to Covid, you will NOT receive a refund.
