“Taxi transfer I ordered didn’t show up so I had to get an uber last minute. Get transfer will not refund me and instead give credit on an account to use them again bur obviously I don’t want to use a company I had a terrible experience with again!!! So now i’m stuck between never getting the money back or using the credit in a year or so or whenever covid is over to book a transfer that may or may not turn up. Absolute scam company they probably make a lot of money doing thus on purpose.”

“they are awful. I am still waiting on a refund that i requested in march. they changed their refund policy halfway through my request. the only reason i booked with them was because i was unsure of my travels and they had a refund policy, now months later and they have not given me my money back. they are a scam do not use at all you will regret it.”

“They take more money than you agreed on the app under the name of “service fee” which they say it’s %2. But here is the thing; they charged me 80£ for the travel where I agreed to pay on the app as 72£ and 64£ for 57£. It’s nonsense! I have sent several emails to ask how is that possible that they charged me more than I agreed the on the app. The only answer I got is, its a service fee of %2, which is obviously not true with a basic math. When I asked the difference they said they cannot do anything, I paid already, bye! and no more answer to my additional emails. Stay away from this app!”

“Sono un driver prifessionista regolarmente abilitato alla professione ncc il nome della mia ditta è Private Driver Service di Gianluca Fazzino. Ho avuto modo di conoscere bene la società Get Transfer, lavorare con loro è da idioti, sono una vera colossale TRUFFA, impongono provviggioni e costi assurdi, non pagano mai regolarmente le provvigioni, molti opetatori call center parlano un pessino inglese e quasi nessumo parla italiano, assistenza inesistente. STATE ATTENTI. SONO UNA TRUFFA MOLTO BEN ORGANIZZATA. SE CERCATE UN TAXI O UNA SOCIETÀ DI NOLEGGIO CON CONDUCENTE FATE LE VOSTRE RICERCHE DIRETTAMENTE SU GOOGLE.”

“Get your money back through your personal banks 'chargeback scheme' give your bank all the details, screen shots, emails evidence of the credit in your gettransfer account. I hope this helps you (I now have my money).”

“Refused to credit my bank account and insisted in credit note. Gettransfer state covid 19 issues. On booking my transfer in June there were no travel restrictions, in cancelling my transfer in August there were no travel restrictions. I have just received my money. I instructed my bank through a 'chargeback scheme' and it worked. Do not use this transfer company, they just want your money.”

“We booked a transfer from Pisa airport, we paid and the driver didn't showed up! The company is not refunding to bank account even is their fault it happened. I don't recommend!!!!”

“The company is absolute fraud, their business model is based on deception. I have ordered the airport pick up service from Stansted airport before my flight I received an email that the initial driver is not able to perform the service therefore they have replaced the driver with the request to pay anther 30£ on top of the agreed price. I have immediately requested cancellation and a refund and I was told that the my money can not be refunded and will stay in their account for future services if i wish so. This is clearly a fraud and it will be looked at the regulatory public carriage office. I don't know how the company is allowed to do business in the UK with such fraudulent activity.”

“I had to wait for more than 2 hours for the driver to pick me up in the airport. I booked a Mercedes, the driver was driving Toyota! Very untidy, smelly car, Bengali driver hardly could speak any English. No refund given. Stay away from this company!”

“The worse service I have ever experienced in my life! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! A trip that was arranged back in July and upon the late arrival the taxi driver dropped my guests at a square area in Venice. Told them that the ride was only paid until this point and they have to pay €50 for the water taxi themselves! The quote clearly states and agreed until the hotel! After a lot of hassles dealing with Get Transfer team over email, phone, messenger they agreed and apologised for the inconvenience but wouldn't arrange a better solution than we have to pay an extra €55 to get the return airport transfer arranged. Totally waste of time and service without any empathy shown! Would NOT recommend and would NEVER use them again.”

“No stars. Was left stranded last night 04.09.2020 at Dublin Airport with two grandsons aged 2 and 1 years at midnight. Was waiting for taxi to Dundalk. Could not contact driver rang company they said booking was cancelled. Then a driver called to say i had to pay again. I refused as i had confirmation that i had paid. Totally disgusted they would not send a driver. Scam company. Had to get bus and train to Dundalk.”

“I would leave NO STARS if that was an option. They are a disgusting waste of space, who robbed me blind of $200 in 2 taxi fares for taxis that didn't show up. I am taking legal advice from my attorney employers to try and shut them down AVOID!!!!”

“This is a scam. Do not use. They cancelled the day prior without even letting us know. Luckily we called the day before to check and it was only then that we found out the journey had been cancelled. They are now refusing to refund the money stating that it will be returned once the pandemic is over?!?! Do not use this website!”
