This company does not take any responsibility for the services that they claim to provide. If their driver does not show up and you miss your flight, they will not offer you any replacement, or compensation.
Moreover, they refuse to pay your money back to you. The money that you paid for the service that they did not provide, which is a violation of the law. This all makes me wonder whether this organization is at all legit. Do not recommend trusting this service.
