We had a flight delay of 1.5 hours and even though they have tried to find an alternate driver, they said that it was not possible to get one. And ofcourse there was no refund. Their reply to my complaint is the following:
"Due to their User Agreement paragraph 4 (https://gettransfer.com/en/terms_of_use) flight delay/cancellation is considered to be the late change of transfer details (less than 48 hours), we cannot make a refund for you or find the new driver.
All the questions about the expenses can be addressed to your flight company."
I have contaced the driver who was going to pick us up and I can assure you that he was not paid the ride and thus this company, just got paid for NO SERVICES provided!!!
AVOID AT ALL CAUSES!!!!
