TOTAL SCAM! AVOID!
They cancelled my taxi at 2am.
Finally managed to get a taxi in the morning after a lot of stress.
Then they refunded my money but only as a form of credit on their site.
I am currently in the process of getting NatWest to get my money back due to fraud etc.
Do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service and anyone who works for a company like this should be ashamed of themselves.
