Cancelled a booking last March for a trip in May. I was told I would get a refund. When the refund didnt arrive I got in touch again and was sent a copy of terms and conditions and told I would get credit not a refund. I explained this was no good to me and after several more emails I was offered a refund. Still havent received it!!

Cancelled a transfer, was promised a refund. Have been told multiple times I would get it later. Now they are just denying the refund. Site credit only. Only problem is, I refuse to use them ever again. Never received a refund. They have now outright refused. Changed their terms again and again do they can get away with it.

Total failure as serious company. They refused to give a refund because they changed their terms and conditions on their own benefit with no notification. Later, after fighting, they agreed on doing a refund and insist in they have done it, which they didn't, but they would insist. Later of this they send an email saying they're not able to do refunds. Hello? DO NOT TRUST THEM, I'm so sick of them.

They REFUSE to give a refund where it was due to us. They Changed their terms and conditions AFTER we made our agreement. They did offer a credit but refuse to agree to a refund where their initial T & C’s state’s a full refund. They still refuse to agree to any refund. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING UP FRONT...in fact, NEVER use this company.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars or I would!! My holiday was cancelled 5 months ago and Get Transfer said that I would get a refund, no problem. 5 months later still no refund and all they continuously send me is an updated version of the user agreement which are not the terms I agreed to at the time of booking as I booked before Covid 19 was even an issue. They are an absolute disgraceful company, don’t use them they will rob you, and according to other reviews they don’t even turn up to pick you up anyway. Total scam

AVOID!!!! Do yourself a favour and steal a motorbike from a passing Hells Angel. Believe me, it would be less stressful and more reliable than using Get Transfer. Our car didn't turn up, couldn't contact the driver. Found customer service consistently obstructive and unhelpful - calls go unanswered, unreturned, get mysteriously cut off. Every time I email them, somebody different replies. Money was changed twice from rubles to local currency and over the odds charges were applied. I'm still chasing for a refund, but I don't think I'll see that money again.

I had a car booked from Yokohama to Tokyo in April I had to cancel I want a refund they say I can have a credit i am 73 and will not be travelling again in the future,they are still taking bookings and not turning up they are not paying there drivers and they keep your money. This company is based in Hong Kong so do not come under EU law

I booked a car for airport transfer morning hours ... the car canceled on me someone emailed me to apologize about the cancellation he offered to have another car waiting for £40 more despite the first payment ... of course at 2:30 am I was sleeping I couldn’t answer the Mail in an hour that I woke up I was more stressed than ever cause I was about to loose my flight trying to find alternative way of going cause the last Mail from there was ...Because your didn’t reply ... wtf What a scam company no refund no apologies only One copy of the stupid useless agreement NEVER USE THAT COMPANY

My trip to Rome was cancelled due to Pandemic and they refuse to refund money even though it said cancel with refund up to Nov. 2. Will put amount on credit, which I do not want because transfer was for 4. If I am ever allowed to travel again it will be only 1. After reading the other reviews, I am going to contact a fraud unit. Any other suggestions? I believe they are breaking pandemic rules also!

In March our trip was cancelled and Get Transfer told us they were processing our refund. Now five months later we still have not received a refund. They insist that their user agreement allows them to issue vouchers until after the pandemic is over. This is in violation of EU rules. Also, the user agreement they allude to was changed after our trip was cancelled and without any notification to us. I would avoid any use of this company for travel plans. They are nothing more than a scam operation who are still taking reservations, accepting money, and making transfers. If you give them money and then your trip is cancelled for any reason, consider the money lost.

Do not use them whatever you do and read the user agreement! I booked a ride to the airport over two weeks ago and naturally paid straight up as you do. The trip was confirmed and I received the email with receipt. At first I was not able to contact the carrier and the number used was not working. I then spent the best part of two hours on the line with the get transfer team about it. I finally got in touch with the dispatcher for this so called trip and was assured everything was fine. Today, I sent a reminder to this person and was told the driver dropped the trip and to contact get transfer. Upon speaking to them again for the 100th time I was told that they would find someone else for me. I asked for a refund and they pretty much said they are unable to due to their user agreement and a whole lot of corporate rubbish! I now have to hopefully fight it with my card provider. They never have any issues taking your money but always have issues refunding it. Learn from my experience and don't use them!

Terrible service. I was informed that the carrier was not able to perform the transfer only three days before the departure date, putting me in bad trouble. I asked for a refund (200£) and I was told that the deposit was the only option they could offer due to the pandemic. This is mental. Terrible terrible service.

this company is big scum. we book with them from London to Stansted airport at 1:00pm. we received thanks for booking and the payment of £86. next day we call the customer service her name Anastasia, she said sorry the driver can't make it, we'll said you a voucher to us it next time. No refund until the virus is gone. my advice NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM

BEWARE OF THIS WBSITE! We were offered a service and after we paid for it they came back to is with almost a 40% increase in price and once we told them that we do not accept that price they would not return the funds they already took saying that they will give it as a refund to use on their website. Since they gave us no other option an in order for us not to mess up our holiday we said that we will accept the new offer but would need a guarantee for the purchase. The sales person was rude and just hung up the phone.
