I had a car booked from Yokohama to Tokyo in April I had to cancel I want a refund they say I can have a credit i am 73 and will not be travelling again in the future,they are still taking bookings and not turning up they are not paying there drivers and they keep your money.
This company is based in Hong Kong so do not come under EU law
