Had a customer say they tried to cancel when Covid hit but GetTransfer said no and told them they can only have a credit to use next time whilst all the transfer companies haven’t been paid They’re thieves and liars what do you expect from Russians

This organization needs to be shutdown. Like many others, I have been trying to obtain a refund for unfulfilled travel services over the past 1 year. I purchased travel via GetTransfer.com in January 2020. We had to cancel our travel plans in March 2020 due to COVID-19 travel restrictions to foreign countries from the USA. I filed for a refund in March 2020 in the amount of €849 ($967.10 USD) (legally within the cancellation period allowed). As of today, GetTransfer.com has failed to provide a refund. They continue to provide false information and excuses regarding issuing a refund. I've filed complaints with the FTC and IC3 consumer agencies. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). GetTransfer.com has failed to respond to all of the complaints. The BBB informed me that many consumers have filed complaints and they currently have a “F” rating. I've also filed a complaint at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in which they claim to be a member. I've come to the conclusion that I'll never get my money back. I've consulted with an attorney and they told me that GetTransfer is structured in a way that would cost thousands of dollars in arbitration fees and furthermore would probably end up nowhere since they're main operations are in Hong Kong.

Do not use. I booked a transfer with them from Lyon Airport to Lyon Downtown (and return). The driver never showed up at the airport (10 PM, and it was snowing), I called customer service, and I was told, as they also couldn't contact the driver, that I was on my own (actually, I had to call them a second time to find out). I asked for a reimbursement for the extra cost I had to pay, they are answering they still have to contact the driver (after 10 days!) to find out what happened. Then they cancelled also the return leg, I was left on my own to find another taxi in a few days. All that cost me 128.28 euros, instead of the 64.60 agreed. I asked what is their policy if the driver doesn't show up, they do not have any, you are left on your own. One of the worst transfer companies I ever used. Customer service useless. Update: they refuse even to refund the amount I paid to them to book the transfers they didn’t honor. You can see it also in their reply here, they apologize, but do not even mention to give my money back! Look elsewhere for transfer services, there are better companies.

We booked them for a trip from Vico Equense to Rome in June 2020. Then the global pandemic hit. Our entire European vacation was cancelled. Every airline, hotel, train service, attractions place- everyone- refunded our money ( some which were non-refundable while booking). EXCEPT Get transfer. I made this booking in February of 2020 and I have been emailing them since March of 2020, which is when the shut downs in Europe began, Italy being especially hit hard at the time. They kept throwing their policy at me and as a consolation, added 10% extra to the credit amount to my account to be used later. Now, while that is generous I have a lot of $$ tied up, which is especially hard at this particular time. While all other companies are making special exceptions to refund, Get Transfer keeps touting their “policy!” I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor and their VP, but of course they don’t have the time for little people. DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY. They don’t know the concept of customer service, and all they care about is being g paid. They are refusing to refund even though travel many not be possible in the near future for us.

Stop using this " company " ! They are not paying their suppliers, they are not reimburse for cancelled trips ! Totally untrusted ! Get yourself a Uber or anything else ! Shame that you are allowed to operate ! I hope not for long 😕!

Scammers! Fraud! Completely ruined my New Year's Eve! As I can see it's a common scenario to charge money for the trip, then increase the price and charge extra and finally doesn't provide any transfer services. What a "smart" way how to make money by not refunding funds but just keeping it on GetTransfer wallet.

Its a Russian mafia company. They are charging card. Then changing price. If you dont agree to pay higher price, they are keeping money on their account waiting for your next ,,experience,, with those scammers. Hope customers can read it before book anything. All positive opinions are fake. I wrote them following e mail I made reservation 7654271 and paid for it. Driver did not agreed with price and cancelled order without providing service. I agreed for another driver even making additional payment but you could not find any other driver. I requested refund of 40 EUR , but you declined, keeping money on account , following some completely ilegal regulation. As i wrote on trustpilot ( with 1000 of others clients ) you are cheaters. Due to EU regulation if service was not provided doesnt matter what rules you have , you must refund money. Or i will make charge back procedure according to EU banking rules. Your regulations even you put it online are ilegal. Please refund money to credit card. You can make as much as you want fake trustpilot reviews but they will finally ban you

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! I paid for a return transfer via there website in advance, I was due to travel out of the UK however with latest COVID restrictions I was not allowed to travel any more... Weeks in advance I emailed the company to say that my trip had been cancelled and they told me THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS?!?! What type of organisation is this? I would understand if i cancelled on the day or didn't turn up to meet the driver HOWEVER that is not the case... IMPOSSIBLE TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE OR IN REAL TIME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT USE.

The driver didn't answer my calls, the customer service was so slow and barely had any help, I had a flight next day and although explained this to them they didn't do anything for me and I had to wait a whole day and then no result. I asked for my refund and it's impossible to get one, they keep telling me I accepted the user agreement. So although I went to extreme stress the whole day and waited for their customer service help and didn't get anything, they just refuse to give me my money back.

Do not use this service! They are scammers. I have booked a taxi with return, they took the money and the taxi never arrived. I asked to get a refund and they declined and said that I can get a balance in my account to use it next time. There are few good reviews on internet but they are fake. You’ll lose the money only

The Driver and vehicle were excellent. The GetTransfer administration and cancellation policy is terrible. I effectively paid twice as I had to change my transfer time, although at first within 2 hours of making the booking, I asked to cancel and if I could get a voucher/credit. NO, BANG - Cancelled and money lost! When I called the excellent driver, he had no problem to change the time, but had already received a cancellation notice. SO BUYER BEWARE - Their 48 hour cancellation policy is applied brutally, without any compassion, consideration, leniency WHAT-SO-EVER. Even within 2 hours of making the booking and when the driver is okay to change the time of pickup. Their 48 hour cancellation is not in line with an on-line booking service and appears to me to be a SCAM. Their Customer Service team members hide behind the 48 hour cancellation policy - sorry nothing we can do - POLICY. BUYER BEWARE. There are lots of alternatives that do not do have a 48 hour policy and still provide an excellent service, with flexibility. NONE from Get Transfer = GetRippedOFF!

gettransfer.com does not pay carriers. and carriers They do not go to pick up the passenger, so choose a taxi or uber to avoid being in trouble. Do not let these thieves steal your money.

On an Abu Dhabi to Dubai transfer, you advertised Mercedes E Class or BMW 5 Series but then gave me another car. Who decides what is an equivelent? I certainly don't agree.

I make a trip for them back in February 2020 it's over 9 months now and still haven't get my money for that trip stay away from this company they aren't honest BIG SCAMMERS STAYYYYY AWAYYYY FROM GETTRANSFER.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are holding funds of mine, and refuse to return them to me despite cancelling a trip with over 2 weeks notice. Instead, they are holding it as a 'balance'. Apparently if I delete my account, this balance will also disappear. I have previously had good service from them, and on the occasion when I have previously cancelled, they have refunded my money. It now seems like a scam rather than a legitimate business. Apparently their terms and conditions changed, but this was not made clear to me. It is impossible to arrange a refund. I find this morally repugnant and refuse to use their services again.
