Appalling service and take your money even when driver cancels on you. Avoid at all costs

Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.

I don't know where to start... absolutely appalling. They cancelled our transfer mid air so we arrived in grenoble with 7 children and no way to get up the mountain. When I phoned them to help they didn't and told me to have a good day!

Big scam, the driver (named Albarafelinaariasmora on the app) never showed up for a transfer to airport in Punta Cana. We've reserved the taxi for 7pm at our hotel but he wasn't there and only texts us at 19:25 pretenting he was there since 7pm... Hopefully we were already in another taxi but we loose 30$. No star is impossible but this feedback explains the only 1 star of 5.

No refund when booking cancelled due to quarantine rules changed. They have offered a voucher. You cannot speak to person, all emails are responded to by a bot. After a month of bombarding them for contact, an advisor called me to tell me not to contact them, they wont refund me, and then they hung up! Such terrible behaviour from a company when the cancellation was not our fault at all! I would not use them ever again.

I just spoke to the customer advisor for clarification of refund policy and how to access the voucher code. I was cut off by the advisor who just did not want to help by placing the phone down. Simply saying bye bye.

Booked ski transfers, horrible service. Driver made us pay additional £60 and then cancelled return trip.

Terrible refund policy. Ambiguous and designed to make you can book with confidence. BUT - they will NOT refund even due to government or Covid issues. Be very careful using them. A "refund into your account" actually means you might get a voucher. You cannot talk to human, the email responses are from a BOT. If you do speak to a human they are not helpful and repeat the emails word for word and hang up on you. They have nearly £600 from our group that they refuse to refund after we could not travel due to COVID restrictions changing last minute.

Avoid. They advertise “Free Cancellation” but all you get is a voucher. Use local companies with good reviews DO NOT USE GETTRANSFER

Effectively have stolen £250 from me as they will only offer a refund on my account for a Covid cancelled trip. Even if I did intend to use their services again, this may not be for a long time so they are sitting on my money and gaining interest...SCAM!

After our trip was cancelled due to Covid restriction we discovered that "full refund" - did not mean refund at all. And a refund to "your account" actually means a refund to your "Get transfer" account. Essentially at best you get a voucher - They took nearly £500 from our group and we have no real possiblity of re-booking or using this again. Their claim of book with confidence is a deception. I strongly advise people look for alternative providers at this time when travel is still so uncertain. Their customer care in dealing with this was anything but care or service. I don't normally write reviews, but this is a proper scam - so be extremely wary. If your trip gets cancelled due to changes form the Government due to Covid, you will NOT receive a refund.

Booked and paid for a transfer in advance, with the promise of a full refund if the trip couldn't go ahead. Forced to cancel due to the current ban on UK travel to France. GetTransfer refused to refund the money to the original payment method, hiding behind small print. When they read the many negative reviews on the internet, their response is to say "email us and we'll try to help". This is another lie. They do nothing to help and will not return your money. All part of the scam. Avoid this company like the plague.

SCAM. Do not use this company. GetTransfer’s “full refund” policy is a lie. There is no way to get your money back once they have it. Be very, very careful before risking a trip with this bunch of cowboys.

GetTransfer and its drivers are not trustworthy at all. First transfer I booked with them was incorrect, as the car they came up with was way smaller then ordered and when they brought a bigger one that was the correct size they charged a lot for it. Therefore I didn’t feel comfortable to use them for the return way, also because they wouldn’t agree to bring the correct size for the offered amount of money. Even though I had sent Get Transfer pictures of the car, that was clearly not having enough seats and luggage space as offered. Since then I have a credit on the platform that they don’t agree to reimburse. Now my father had a flight to catch in the Dominican Republic and I booked him a transfer with the credit I had on the page. The night before (9pm) the driver Whatsapped me, that he can’t do the transfer because the toll roads are more expensive than he thought when quoting. It’s weird because the exact same route has cost the same prize before on my transfer, a competitor here in the DomRep. Anyway I wrote Get Transfer and they found another driver. This driver then texted me at 10am (flight left at 4pm and it’s a 2hr drive) that he wants 30% more money or he won’t pick me up. When I told him that this is blackmail he called me a Fag (Maricon) and left me a horrible voice message. After that he deleted everything but I have screenshots and saved the message. Now I had obviously enough and wrote Get Transfer that I want my 200$ back that I have as credit. I received a one-liner that they do not do refunds. Think about it before you use this platform. I cannot recommend it at all. I have screenshots and emails that prove every single thing I wrote. Trust me.

Had to cancel as French Government made all but key worker travel from U.K. illegal. Their ‘free cancellation’ is misleading and a misnomer as all they offer is credit note. FRAUDS, DO NOT USE THEM. There are far better transfer companies with good reputations and integrity.

Do not book a transfer with Gettransfer in these uncertain times. We had booked a transfer with GetTransfer to take us from Geneva to Meribel, for around £450. The French government then change the isolation rules, meaning we could not enter France without quarantining, and so we were forced to cancel our holiday. When I approached GetTransfer for a refund on our transfer, I was told this was not possible. I called, and was told I had to email my request, but when I email, they only respond with they are not able to refund me. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone who doesn’t just tell me to email and am essentially out £450. They offered a voucher, however after the customer service, or lack thereof I have received, I would not wish to use this company even if it was possible to get out of the country again this year, which it may not be. Avoid – companies need to be flexible in these times, and accept that there are circumstance outside of their customers control, and in these circumstances they should offer a refund.

I booked a transfer 6 weeks ago from munich into Austria, as is now known we cannot fly or travel through Germany so had to cancel with 6 weeks notice. They highlighted free cancellation , what they didn't highlight was that free cancellation doesn't mean your money back but you get effectively a credit note . When I e mailed them theyy quoted terms and conditions which are ambiguous as best . Please avoid this company they are thieves and fraudsters . Have seen a few reviews saying the same thing . Please avoid

Sadly yet another company who just want to take your money no matter what. I paid £471 up front for airport/ skiing transfers but when France closed its borders to British travellers I this Xmas we tried to cancel the transfers. They cancelled them but refuse to offer a refund despite the trip being well in the future (still!) and within the cancellation period. The transfers were for a party of 7 and I need to pay everyone back the money we spent out now the trip can’t go ahead. I explained this several times to Get Transfer via phone and email and still they will not refund. I’m afraid I have to advise don’t use this company, they will take your money and keep it regardless of all reasonable cancellation period. They will refer to a user agreement. Let’s give them less users. Please share this review. I’ll be sharing on socials in the new year.

MISLEADING COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!!! Their website makes it clear they give free cancelation. This does not consist of a refund but the money goes in to what they call your 'personal account' which isn't your bank account but your account within get transfer. If it stated this clearly on the part that says free cancelation and not in the tiny terms and condition I never would have booked!! They are now holding £550 of my money and are refusing to refund me! I have contacted customer services they just keep sending me their terms of agreement. MAKE IT CLEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!
