Terrible refund policy. Ambiguous and designed to make you can book with confidence. BUT - they will NOT refund even due to government or Covid issues. Be very careful using them. A "refund into your account" actually means you might get a voucher.
You cannot talk to human, the email responses are from a BOT. If you do speak to a human they are not helpful and repeat the emails word for word and hang up on you.
They have nearly £600 from our group that they refuse to refund after we could not travel due to COVID restrictions changing last minute.
