Booked and paid for a transfer in advance, with the promise of a full refund if the trip couldn't go ahead. Forced to cancel due to the current ban on UK travel to France. GetTransfer refused to refund the money to the original payment method, hiding behind small print.
When they read the many negative reviews on the internet, their response is to say "email us and we'll try to help". This is another lie. They do nothing to help and will not return your money. All part of the scam. Avoid this company like the plague.
