No refund when booking cancelled due to quarantine rules changed. They have offered a voucher. You cannot speak to person, all emails are responded to by a bot. After a month of bombarding them for contact, an advisor called me to tell me not to contact them, they wont refund me, and then they hung up! Such terrible behaviour from a company when the cancellation was not our fault at all! I would not use them ever again.
