Like other posts,they are refusing to give me a refund for my airport transfer in Spain.At the time all travel was illegal in Spain so this service was unavailable.Disgraceful,there are loads of other transfer companies.

As others have posted @Gettransfer has abandoned refunds for cancelled travel because of the pandemic. They have changed their policy on the fly. Their policy now says they can make any change at any time. Never ever prepay with this company. Book elsewhere.

Dishonest, obligation-shirking liars. And that's being polite. Like many others here, I am being refused a refund from this crowd that they are legally obliged to give. I paid £400+ in February for a transfer that was due to take place in March but which had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. I cancelled before the 48 hour 'prior to travelling' period stipulated and GetTransfer confirmed that a refund would be processed. Over the next 2-6 weeks I received nothing and each time I contacted GetTransfer they told me the refund was being processed, sorry for the delay. Then around late April, they changed tack and said they could not process refunds, instead I would get a 'credit' in my account for future use, repeatedly citing point 4.2 of their User Agreement referring to this being the process because of COVID-19. BUT THIS CLAUSE WAS ADDED WELL AFTER MY BOOKING AND TRANSFER DATES. I've referred now to a chargeback on my credit card, GetTransfer's replies are infuriating, repetitive and factually incorrect and EVERY ONE now refers to point 4.2 in the 'after-the-fact' User Agreement. Today they actually said: "In the current context of pandemic and the most difficult world economic agenda, our company has decided to adopt the experience of the world's largest airlines and travel agencies and, therefore, hold the money for a later trip." Please do not give these thieves any more money. Avoid avoid avoid.

Again like everyone else they have issued a credit to my account that I won’t be using. Cancelled back in April and still won’t refund. Will never use again!

NO REFUND - DO NOT BOOK A RIDE !!! My retired parents in their 70's are out US$357 that was gladly taken at reservation in the fall of 2019. Flights and ride cancelled due to travel restrictions 2020. Got roundabout in e-mails and on calls. DO NOT BOOK !!!

Like many here, I had the same experience in regards of COVID-19. No refund, just a credit on the account I never knew I had. They shamelessly use COVID-19 as a cash cow! Sick!!!!

Be aware this company does not honour free cancellation as per their advertisement. I booked a transfer in December 2020 based on free cancellation. When travel restrictions came into force due to COVID-19, I asked for a refund they refused and only offer a voucher for future travel??? When I raised the free cancellation policy with them they replied that they where allowed to change the policy rules? PLEASE DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY!

Scam scam scam don’t use. They should be ashamed , scammed so many people during covid-19. False advertise free cancellation, then only offer a voucher credit. Stay away from this company please!

They will not give me a refund! Restrictions due to covid 19 have cancelled my travel in Italy. They advertise free cancellation! Now they change the rules and only offer a voucher! DO NOT USE THEM

Scams, not giving me a refund due to travel restrictions during covid-19. Be aware they advertise free cancellations then when I needed to cancel they only offer a voucher. This is happening to many people here in Australia, please read the reviews before using these cowboys.

Driver did not come. I got accused of not showing up on pick up spot. Did not get my money back, missed my flight. All around - awful scam

Their cancelation policy states they will make a refund if transfer is cancelled not less that 48 hours before scheduled pickup. However, they do not make a refund until the Corona Virus pandemic has ended. They also "explain" they do it like other major airlines and travel companies. I have had a deal with the cancellation policy of several huge airlines recently and they make a refund without any issues. This is a shame. I strongly *do not recommend* to have a deal with gettransfer.com

Terrible service. The driver never picked up my mother after numerous attempts. After months of back and forth communication, I’m still awaiting a refund. I would never. I repeat never use this company again

Same as everyone else here. Basically thieves. i have no doubt nobody will see a refund once covid is over. Paypal should be ashamed they accept payments on behalf of these fraudsters
