Be aware this company does not honour free cancellation as per their advertisement. I booked a transfer in December 2020 based on free cancellation. When travel restrictions came into force due to COVID-19, I asked for a refund they refused and only offer a voucher for future travel???
When I raised the free cancellation policy with them they replied that they where allowed to change the policy rules?
PLEASE DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY!
