Unbelievable they’ve been paid by the passengers and I as a carrier am still waiting for my money from 2 months back There excuse is Covid They’re in Russia I’m in Sydney Australia what choice do I have?? Not ethical

They do not pay money earned by drivers. for February-March, they owed me 1000€.

I am a driver - My completed rides from March are still not paid ! In April I had to cancel a booked trip 2 days before the service because of COD19 - and I was fined 67,25 CHF from my money as an employee at Get transfer because I couldn't work because of illness. So the money from April was kept and not paid. A total deduction from the company - the trip itself for the guest was done by another driver and the commission was deducted from this driver again. That means they deduct 2 times the people. OTHERS !!!! PLEASE to all persons, guests and drivers - please do not use this service. The drivers are not paid and the guests if you cancel will not get their money back. I want to make a class action lawsuit to the company - please write me if you have experienced the same situation at ttomivarga(at)gmail(dot)com

Were not able to travel to Japan because of COVID-19. Had paid for airport transfer in advance. Cancelled transfer as per terms and conditions yet will not refund. They credited my account with them. Can't travel. Can't use credit. Will not ever use this company. Would not trust them to even provide the service.

GetTransfer cheated me for 2,100 euros I am an Authorized Driver for the Limo Service in Italy I have made 11 journeys on their behalf from December 2019 until March 2020, almost all long-haul journeys (runs of about 1000 km. Round trip) and they have not paid me yet even if the customers I transported have already paid 100% of the sum to them by credit card directly at the time of booking confirmation! Today after 5 months I am still without my money due under a contract that we have stipulated between service provider = supplier (GetTransfer) and between me Driver performing the races with a score of 5-star customer reviews! (as high as possible) So I wanted to warn you dear customers and drivers who have to deal with these not to fall as their prey! Just type their name on the internet and you will understand who you are dealing with you will find only negative reviews on GetTransfer Look, there are tons of other honest and serious transportation companies that have excellent customer service and don't steal from people and have positive reviews not like these GetTransfer Happy travels to all of you

Stay clear of this company, that is my best advise. They do not pay companies that do assignments for them, and claim that they have changed their policy. During the Covid-19 situation they suddenly decided to increase their commision to thirty percent (!), and then providers reacting to this experience that they are not getting paid for transfers that they have carried out for GetTransfer. Other suppliers You find online, like Booking.com for instance are working together with their suppliers to survive the situation, decreasing their commision, and providers are decreasing rates, all this to be able to provide first class services to the customers when this situation is ending. GetTransfer are using Covid-19 to put their suppliers in a squeeze, either accept a thirty percent commision, or not get paid for transfers carried out months ago. I cannot see GetTransfer existing after this, they do not pay refunds to customers who have paid for transport, they do not pay their suppliers for transfers made months ago unless they agree to an insanely high commision rate. As stated, do not use this company, there are many other suppliers to choose from :-)

Scammed. This is essentially a brokerage service--they retain your deposit and when the service is rendered they pay the drivers. When I booked 2 transfers in Italy for about $450, the understanding was I could get a refund if I canceled in time. After canceling I received an email on 3/25 that stated: "We will provide a refund in 5-7 days". On May 2nd, I received the following email from gettransfer as to when I will get my refund: When the pandemic is over and the world markets bounce back, you will be able to withdraw the deposit from your personal account. Paypal was no help in this regard--I guess they want to deal with illegitimate vendors. Never, ever use this service.

Booked 2 taxi transfers (before Corona virus pandemic) but had to cancel later. I got a response from their support that my refund is going to be processed in 7 and then 28 days. Really? It’s unthinkable that it takes 28 to get a refund. However, 2 months later and I still don’t have it. Very disappointing service and won’t use them again.

Book taxi transfer in January for a trip in March. My trip was cancelled and I requested a refund which I received an email saying I would get my refund. This week I received an email saying I can have a voucher or wait for my refund when Covid 19 has gone. Needless to say I’ve sent back email after email which I’ve received no reply. I’m so mad. My husband and I haven’t worked for 7 weeks. They had no problem taking my money in January. Never use them very bad service. Suzanne

Due to pandemic our country closed all borders and will remain the same for many months. Contacted GetTransfer to cancel our booking and get refund. They happily replied they understood the situation and refund would be in our account in 5-30 days. That was over 5 weeks ago and now they say they are entitled to change the conditions and no refunds are forthcoming - just a "credit" in our account. We may never get the opportunity to visit Europe due to advancing years, so a credit is useless we need the money repaid into our credit card. The company is dishonest and the non return of payment is theft!

I booked a car and driver but they failed to turn up I provided screen shots of text messages and time and date stamped receipts etc. Now they want to give me a coupon for future use. I would never use these again. They are crooks and thieves hiding behind a fake office in Hong Kong never use them you will never get your money back. They do not even deserve a zero score

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I received an email saying my driver cancelled my transfer, and they found another one but it would cost almost an extra 500 euro. I rejected that offer and asked for my refund in full. This all started end of February. Every email and call I have done has resulted in a different answer by different people, and now am being told they will be holding my money for any future transfers or will refund once the marjorie force? is over. I do understand the global situation but this company has put a bad taste in my mouth and would never book with them again and tell everyone to stay away. They are a joke of a company and I do feel like it will be an uphill fight the get my money back. They need to get it together and have better customer service as I am extremely unhappy along with a lot of other people!!!

Very sadly my review is the same as already shared below. I would never book with this company again. We had to cancel trip this year due to Covid-19 and are unlikely to book this trip again in the future. I was also promised a full refund. Waited the 30 days then followed up, only to find out they will not be refunding my money after all. Very very disappointed & looking into legal action. Australia
