Due to pandemic our country closed all borders and will remain the same for many months. Contacted GetTransfer to cancel our booking and get refund. They happily replied they understood the situation and refund would be in our account in 5-30 days. That was over 5 weeks ago and now they say they are entitled to change the conditions and no refunds are forthcoming - just a "credit" in our account. We may never get the opportunity to visit Europe due to advancing years, so a credit is useless we need the money repaid into our credit card. The company is dishonest and the non return of payment is theft!
