Their cancelation policy states they will make a refund if transfer is cancelled not less that 48 hours before scheduled pickup. However, they do not make a refund until the Corona Virus pandemic has ended.
They also "explain" they do it like other major airlines and travel companies. I have had a deal with the cancellation policy of several huge airlines recently and they make a refund without any issues. This is a shame.
