Won’t refund saying I have to wait to after the pandemic they are fast enough to take your money got a email saying 5-7 days 1 month on still no refund

Bad service. Stay away. Booked an SUV for 3 large adults. They booked me a small SUV. When I wanted to get a larger model they were argumentative. When I wanted to cancel my booking the first person I spoke to said they couldn't refund the money. The second said they could. I have this confirmed by email. Their website says your money will be refunded in 5-7 days. That was 2 months ago. Followup emails guarantee that they will refund me but they are busy... 8 weeks is not 5-7 days. There is lots of competition out there.

Disgusting company. Made an online booking In New York then got a call saying the price was advertised wrong and give them $100 USD more. Then had a heated argument with the guy on the other end of the phone swearing constantly. He then said bad luck nobody’s coming to get you. This was within 6 hours before our flight and was a booking for 10 adults. This happened on the 16th of February It’s now 11th of April. Now they are blaming the COVID19 epidemic on not refunding us. We booked this prior to the epidemic. They took the funds then refused the service all with a hour. So they can do this in a heart beat yet we are waiting 54 days.....how on earth is this legally allowed.... 6 phone calls 5 emails and still they are refusing to give us back our $300. Not happy and am happy to be involved in any class action that is started to end this rip off company.

Due to the current pandemic our flight to SAn Francisco was cancelled. Special holiday for my daughters 21st. Tried to cancel my booking using an email address in the booking form well before the 48 hour deadline. Was told it was the wrong email and I made no attempt to cancel despite providing clear evidence that I sent an email. My recommendation is NEVER under any circumstance to use this company.

I spent R8500 for transfer from Munich airport to Hotel in Austria return.a manager with the nameVioletta keeps telling me that I won’t get refund . Due to Covid 19 I had to cancel my trip. Then I was promised 237 Euro refund and now 2 months later she says it’s not possible. The worst service and robbery that I’ve ever had never book with GetTransfer

I have already written about my shocking experience - listed below so won’t repeat but please this is a notice to anyone who has been robbed of their money by this company, contact the financial ombudsman service in your country to act against get transfer. They should not be allowed to steal consumers’ money. They changed their terms and conditions during a pandemic whic is not just completely unethical but illegal. In my case the no show of the taxi and no refund had nothing to do with Covid. Either way, contact your FOS and we can act against them collectively .

This company is a fraud. Stay awayyy they don’t pay carrier. I am a carrier this company didn’t pay my payment $3556.69.

I am a carrier. They refused to sent last payment for the trips I made and their reason is Covid-19!!! Do not work or request a trip from them. They will steal your money.

Absolutely disgusted by them Stay well clear I had booked for a holiday in June on the old terms and conditions these have now been amended due to the covid 19 I have now have been refused a refund of my €350 this request was well within the timescales advertised will taking this further ref#5090690

You refuse to return my money even though I cancelled according to your cancellation policy. I know you have not paid the driver so you are keeping the entire amount which is reprehensible and no one should be booking with a company that takes advantage of it’s customers.

NEVER BOOK WITH GET TRANSFER!! I booked 2 transfers with gettransfer.com back in 2019 for my vacation to Italy in June of this year (2020). Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we will not be able to travel therefore I requested my refund. When I booked the site stated you can cancel within 24 hours with full refund. Now that I am trying to cancel they have updated their User Agreement and will not issues refunds but only give you a credit or "Try" to give you a refund once the pandemic is over. This is a new User Agreement since the start of COVID-19 (terrible!!) that has this new language but their User Agreement also states according to sec.1.3 that by continuing to use this Service, the User confirms his acceptance of the revised Agreement. I am no longer continuing to use this Service, therefore I am not accepting the revised Agreement. Still they will not provide me a refund now or guarantee me one later. I HIGHLY recommend you NEVER use this company. They like many other terrible companies are not doing the right thing during this time. Don't trust them!

I would strongly not recommend this company we booked a driver with them and he did not even turn up so we were left stranded at our destination.Also on looking for a refund was told i would be getting it but still waiting on the refund.

Very bad company. Avoid booking a ride with them !!! I paid for two trips. They pledged to return the money if I canceled the trip. A month and a half before the trip I canceled it. They refuse to return the money on the grounds that they cannot pay. Beware of this company. They are unreliable.

SCUM!!!! Booked a transfer on January for March...Had to cancel it in February due to a lack of answer from the driver so I didn’t know if he would pop up or not.. was told 15 to 20 days for refund what sounded scandalous to me,I waited...Then they said the refund was being processed,kept waiting....Then offered me to keep my deposit for another transfer what sounded to me like I was being fooled,I said NO I want my money,they said yes your money will be in your bank account in a near future...Bloody April and not only still nothing,they just put a new policy 02 April where they can’t refund anymore what obviously shouldn’t apply to my refund since was supposedly on the way since February....Irina Lebedeba is the “manager” (she says) who’s been lying to me all this time and now just saying there’s nothing I can do... They are thieves!They shouldn’t take any money until 24/48h prior. No months in advance and then not giving it back. Trying to report this company and this girl as much as possible. Unbelievable they steal from people like this.

I'm so disappointed and let down by Get Transfer customer services.I requested the return of my money almost a month before transfer dates FIRST DATE 10TH APRIL. I was told I would get refund back with 7 - 10 days. I was happy and waited but no return received. They have now changed the returns rights and I’m now told that they will be holding it on my account and not giving a refund. I want my money back and I'm not happy with my money being held on account . When I booked my rights stated that I could cancel within 48 hours now the company won't honour this . I'm so upset about having to cancel my trip to Portugal as it was for our 25th anniversary. Not being able to get a refund for my 3 taxi transfers has added to my upset. Very regrettably I have to Advise clients to be wary about using this company

Never use get transfer - ever! I booked cab to take a cancer patient from Whitstable to London for a hospital appointment. The car never turned up yet get transfer wouldn't refund so we sent screen shots to prove the car didn't show and they sent an email stating I would be getting a refund. No money has been returned after a month. When I wrote to ask where the money was they say they now won't return it due to the Coronovirus situation and it being a force majeure but the booking was made before the UK Coronovirus lockdown and the taxi didn't turn NOT because of the crisis [because the crisis hadn't imploded yet in the UK] but because they were dishonest and unreliable. Get transfer has stolen our money and caused us real stress. I am consulting with a lawyer to take legal action because the principle of operating in such a lawless way should not be permissible. The company didn't deliver their service because they are a shoddy company that should not be operating and abusing people's trust and stealing their money. Shocking.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM The first "transfer" was delayed... The return trip was not carried out for an urgent business trip and the money was still not refunded after 3 months. Very unfriendly customer service, which unfriendly says you should write to their INFO address and hang up the phone. With such a driving service you risk your punctuality, your money and your nerves!
