Bad service. Stay away.
Booked an SUV for 3 large adults. They booked me a small SUV. When I wanted to get a larger model they were argumentative. When I wanted to cancel my booking the first person I spoke to said they couldn't refund the money. The second said they could. I have this confirmed by email. Their website says your money will be refunded in 5-7 days. That was 2 months ago. Followup emails guarantee that they will refund me but they are busy...
8 weeks is not 5-7 days. There is lots of competition out there.
