Do not take fall for this company. I was stupid to do so despite of bad reviews. I fell for their discounted price so i gave it a try. Customer service people also reassured me they screen their drivers and blah blah blah. But the driver was a NO SHOW!!!! I was even unable to contact that asshole. It was 1am at the jfk airport and i was traveling with a child! Customer service told me to just get a cab and file for a refund. Useless!!! I filed for a refund the day after the flight which was feb 15. Until now no refund was issued. Scammers. Please don’t get scammed like I did. I am actually wondering where can I possibly report these people.

I only lost a little money, but it's not the point. They're obviously scam artists (and seemingly based/from Rusia). I booked car transport from a port on Bali to the International Airport - on arrival at the port (on time), other car services for other passengers were there, with name boards, but no driver/car for me (and no local telephone number to call), so after running around trying to find the non-existant driver, I hired a local driver. Subsequent email attempts to have money refunded were unsuccessful (as they keep saying their so-called 'Quality Assurance Dept' is looking into it...sure they are...). JUST AVOID.

This company left us stranded in Argentina. They did not show up for the agreed upon transfer and have refused to issue a refund. The customer service is atrocious. From the other reviews on here it looks like they make a practice of stealing their customers' money.

This company took my money and left me stranded at the airport with 4 children aged 6 and under!!!!! The driver did not answer my calls and switched his phone off and the gettransfer office did not answer either!!! 4 weeks later I have still not received my money back I keep being told it’s been sent!!!! Absolutely appalling service if anyone is thinking of booking DONT!!!!!

am a driver and they always had late payment with us ...the company is selfish and even who read this and will book with them ... it been less than a month(conv-19) and we are already not getting paid..plus thay increase commission up to 30% ... IF YOU READ A FEW COMMENT BELOW THIS ONE YOU CAN SEE THAT THE COMPANY IS WRITING THE EMAIL AND SAYING IT IS A DRIVER LOOOOL WHAT A JOKE IS YOU COMPANY IS .... I CAN PROMIS GETTRANSFER THAT FROM NOW ON I WILL PICK UP THERE CLIENTS LATE ......UNTI WE START GETTING paid ON TIME AND TREATED THE SAME AS EACHOTHER

I booked a roundtrip transfer with GetTransfer for 390 euros. For my first transfer, I did not receive any correspondence and had to reach out to the company myself to find out if they had even received my request let alone were picking me up. Everything for that ride went smoothly, although I requested a driver that spoke English, and mine didn't. That wasn't really a problem though. The problems started when I had to change my flight home. I was originally supposed to fly into Milan Bergamo, but due to the travel restrictions with COVID-19, I was unable to fly into Italy anymore, so I changed my flight to land in Zurich. I contacted the company right when I changed my flight to see if I could cancel the return transfer or change it to be from Zurich to my final destination instead of Milan. It took very long to receive a response, and when I got one, they did not help at all. They said that since I didn't contact them in time, I wasn't allowed to get a refund or cancel. I asked if it could just be rerouted, and they said that I just had to request a new transfer and pay for the new one. That just seems totally absurd for the circumstances. I also asked if I could just get credit for the transfer to apply to a future one, and they stopped responding. NEVER book with this company. There are other companies that actually care about and will work with their customers. I cannot believe that instead of responding to my emails, they just ignored their customers in a time of dire need.

Avoid booking this service which is provided by drivers who are not in compliance with italian regulations. I had direct and indirect experience, once the service was booked, a driver arrived who did not meet the legal requirements and a vehicle was not approved for taxi transport. The legal consequences are civil and anyone who uses this service is responsible for it. And also you are not insured as required by law. Italian experience.

I have used the company perviously and was very happy. Due to the current C-Virus situation my flight was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. I let the company know as soon as I did new flight details, also cancelled 2hours later, I suggested transferring the journey to a later flight in 6 weeks time and was told it is not possible and no refund. They have sixty pounds for doing nothing. I could understand if they had been waiting at the airport and incurred expenses, but this is ridiculous. No goodwill on their part, very disappointing in these very trying times.

AVOID AVOID AVOID A surprise French air traffic control strike meant our flight was late landing. We learnt about the possibility of delay just before take off. We advised our Get Transfer driver immediately. He saw the message but did nothing about it. We landed over an hour late, the driver had left and we ended paying for a transfer service (EUR280!!!) that the driver didn't deliver and we didn't receive. I understand technically that the policies of Get Transfer let them get away with this but the reality is anyone with a a need to cancel, delay or amend their booking within 48 hours cannot do so. This must happen often so there are no doubt many disgruntled people.It is balatant money-grabbing. Some customer care and better options from Get Transfer would win them more business as opposed to turning it away.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION Whilst I have sympathy for all concerned in light of the Coronavirus situation they will not refund a transfer I had prepaid for as I did not cancel it within 48 hours of arriving. The reason for this was the Austrian Government decided to lock the country down within the 48 hour window. I informed them as soon as it became public but they simply keep referring me to their Terms & Conditions. We did not cancel because we wanted to, we had no choice as we the country had been put in lockdown. I spoke to the taxi company directly who were not out of pocket as they were aware of the situation but they also confirmed to me they would not be receiving any money from GetTransfer so the money is being kept for themselves for doing nothing!! In total €398. Nothing short of theft!

We paid for a full 2 way trip and in the last day of our vacation they told us that the trip back isn’t available anymore and charged us 300 eur more for another car to come. Please avoid this company, it’s a scam.

Cancelled my booking long before it was due, but after 15 days still no refund now been told it takes 30 days to refund. This is a terrible company and should be closed down.

Get Transfer left me and my family stranded at a ski resort when they failed to send a car I had booked and paid for. On the day they phoned and promised a refund. I also received an email from their manager Victoria Podluzhnaya confirming that a refund was being sent. I have not received any refund. On the day I had to book another car which could not be done until that evening, book an overnight hotel in Geneva and pay for 4 new flights. This company appears to be totally untrustworthy and dishonest.

Cancelled my transfer due to a bereavement, was told refund would take up to 30 business days. I questioned this and was told up to 7 business days. After 7 days, still no refund. i was then told up to 15 business days. After 15 days, still no refund. i was the promised my refund that night and guess what? yip no refund. This company holds on to your money no matter whether you cancel, they cancel or even if no driver turns up and you are left stranded, with no intention of refunding you unless you go down legal rout which takes unnecessary time. My next step is to report Get Transfer (may-be) to the cyber crimes.

Driver cancelled 1hr before pickup for a 3hr journey to the Alps. Get transfer screened my calls and refused to provide any assistance in finding and alternative. The companies they use a not guaranteed and Get Transfer have zero customer service. The bottom line was us spending a lot longer to transfer and costing 3 times the amount. Aweful company that cant be trusted at all.

I booked a car in Bangkok and the car was cancelled 5 hours before pick up. It has been over 10 days and I am still waiting on the refund. This company does not take into affect time zones

our complaint regarding this transfer ,we were really happy with our transfer on arrival the car picked us and are children up with no issues , but are return transfer arrived at 3:15 and then got out of the car and started to shout at us in Spanish and made repeated phone calls shouting to someone else on the phone and our kids started crying as we had no idea what was going on and then we finally got in the car and the driver didn't drive us anywhere just kept arguing on the phone and left us waiting ,when they finally managed to get an English speaking person on the phone at 3:40 they told us we needed to get out of the car as the driver is not insured to drive our 7 and 9 year old children , so they were aware we had children but we could not go in this car and they wouldn't be able to send another car for about 50 minutes and we would have to pay them 65 euros which seemed to be all they cared about but we couldn't even agree to this as we would miss our flight which was leaving at 6pm so at this point we were looking like we were going to be stranded in spain , the driver then made us get out of the car and put our luggage on the curb and drove off ,we were distraught and rushed back into our hotel where they managed to get us a taxi within 10 minutes to drive us to the airport at an additional cost of 103.70 euro , on arrival at the airport we had to run with our children and luggage and only just managed to catch our flight in time ,I am disgusted at how we were treated and it was a terrible way to end our holiday ,get transfer has not given us a penny in compensation

These people subcontract to dishonest local providers who then charge extra fees once you arrive. Use them at your peril. My wife was forced to pay extra fees for a late arrival in Miami whereas the local provider wasn't there to meet her and arranged someone else to pick her up late so he could charge her late fees. Use them at your peril.

GetTransfer.com is a completely fraudulent company. We booked a car and driver for several hours with GetTransfer.com and paid in advance for the service. The car/driver never showed up at our hotel. We called them several times at various numbers listed on their website. We call when the car/driver was 15 minutes late, 30 minutes late, and one hour late. Then we emailed them and asked for a full refund because they had not provided the service we paid for. They have not responded to our request. This company is a FRAUD. Buyer/booker be ware!
