Get Transfer left me and my family stranded at a ski resort when they failed to send a car I had booked and paid for. On the day they phoned and promised a refund. I also received an email from their manager Victoria Podluzhnaya confirming that a refund was being sent.
I have not received any refund. On the day I had to book another car which could not be done until that evening, book an overnight hotel in Geneva and pay for 4 new flights.
This company appears to be totally untrustworthy and dishonest.
