Driver never showed up at the airport. It was 1 am at jfk and i was traveling with a child! Driver’s phone was unable to reach And customer service told me to just get a cab!
I filed a refund feb 15 and no refund was issued! They keep telling me to wait. Are you kidding me??? This people are scammers. Please do not fall for their scams. I am actually wondering where to report these people so they cant continue to scam people with their hard earned money like they did to me.
