I booked a roundtrip transfer with GetTransfer for 390 euros. For my first transfer, I did not receive any correspondence and had to reach out to the company myself to find out if they had even received my request let alone were picking me up. Everything for that ride went smoothly, although I requested a driver that spoke English, and mine didn't. That wasn't really a problem though. The problems started when I had to change my flight home. I was originally supposed to fly into Milan Bergamo, but due to the travel restrictions with COVID-19, I was unable to fly into Italy anymore, so I changed my flight to land in Zurich. I contacted the company right when I changed my flight to see if I could cancel the return transfer or change it to be from Zurich to my final destination instead of Milan. It took very long to receive a response, and when I got one, they did not help at all. They said that since I didn't contact them in time, I wasn't allowed to get a refund or cancel. I asked if it could just be rerouted, and they said that I just had to request a new transfer and pay for the new one. That just seems totally absurd for the circumstances. I also asked if I could just get credit for the transfer to apply to a future one, and they stopped responding. NEVER book with this company. There are other companies that actually care about and will work with their customers. I cannot believe that instead of responding to my emails, they just ignored their customers in a time of dire need.
