Do not take fall for this company. I was stupid to do so despite of bad reviews. I fell for their discounted price so i gave it a try. Customer service people also reassured me they screen their drivers and blah blah blah. But the driver was a NO SHOW!!!! I was even unable to contact that asshole. It was 1am at the jfk airport and i was traveling with a child! Customer service told me to just get a cab and file for a refund. Useless!!!
I filed for a refund the day after the flight which was feb 15. Until now no refund was issued. Scammers.
Please don’t get scammed like I did. I am actually wondering where can I possibly report these people.
