a scammer site a scammer site. they send you cheap deals to attract you. once you pay, you're trapped. they inform you that they cannot satisfy your request and that this is an error. they then ask you for a supplement or the possibility of being reimbursed. thereafter, you are never reimbursed. They are professional scammers. it is necessary to claim this site to tripadviser google and others ... I ask if it is possible to sue them

DO NOT BOOK WITH GetTransfer!! Our family went to Solden, Austria, for skiing during the Christmas. We booked private transfer for Zurich – Solden (return trip) with GetTransfer (gettransfer.com) early in September 2019, and made full payment of EUR724 (EUR700 + 24 tax) 3 months in advance of our trip. Two days before our trip, I emailed GetTranser regarding our booking, they replied that the transfer was confirmed. On 22 December morning around 9am, about one hour before the scheduled pick-up from the Zurich hotel, they messaged us that no car/driver was available, and that we had to sort out our own transport!! Despite we repeatedly urged them to arrange the transport for us, they said nothing could be done because there was no car and no driver available. We ended up arranging our own transport with the hotel and paid CHF 1,030 (EUR970) for the single trip from Zurich to Solden. After the car trip, we sent the receipt together with emails/communication messages to GetTransfer and requested reimbursement, eventually only half of our payment (EUR350) for a single trip was refunded to us. We asked for compensation of the EXCESS of EUR600 that we paid for the replacement car as a result of their failure in providing the service; after a lot of email communication, GetTransfer only agreed to give us EUR150 credit which could only be used for future booking. This is absolutely ridiculous! We would not dare to book any transfer with this company ever again as their service was totally unreliable. We again asked for the excess of EUR600 as compensation, GetTransfer refused and subsequently did not even reply to our email. So, we will NEVER book with GetTransfer again!! And we also advise everyone in the world not to do it, ‘cos you would risk getting into troubles and losing your money with no service, and no compensation.

Don't go near them. Terrible service. Organised them to pick me up from Venice and take me to Cortina. Driver didn't turn up and the customer service team couldn't care less. I tried telling them before I left that the driver wasn't returning my messages and didn't think he'd be there and he wasn't! Their customer service did nothing to arrange a new pick up, just told me to get an Uber! Left me considerably out of pocket as I had to get an alternative, more expensive transfer. I travel a lot and this is quite frankly the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Taxi took central London and took 5 hours instead of 2. We had requested a baby seat and only got a booster. Taxi driver had a guest in the taxi. Lost our plane tickets and had to take a night because of delay. Get transfer reimbursed a very small fees never apologised or came back to us.

Waited for our taxi and no one showed up. We had given our flight number so they would be there on time. They took the €250 immediately after booking. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service!!!!!

Very bad company. I have paid in full for a cab from Rabat airport to the centre and the driver never turned up. Now they are inventing hundreds of excuses not to refund me. This is totally unfair. Please never book with this company as it’s not reliable.

The company lied to me, the driver didn't turn up on arrival and whilst promised a refund having read the reviews on other sites realised this is probably not going to happen. On return journey the drive almost killed us. DO NOT USE WHATEVER YOU DO

Awful and dishonest Sent incorrect vehicle for both journeys in Colombo to Ahangama My needs were for a long wheelbase car long enough for a surfboard. My contract was for a Honda Fit Shuttle (a long car) The cars were short and the drivers were in a very bad mood. The return journey was awful as the driver refused to take us. We later after some persuasion (he took pitty on us as we almost missed our flight home) took us but we had to pay toll road fees on top of the $100 paid already

They robbed me !! A driver was waiting for me with a GET Transfer sign with my name on it and the correct adress. Upon arrival at the hotel the driver made me pay for the transfer saying that GET Transfer did not have payment contract with him and that I would be refund . Since I was travelling with my familiy, including small child I paid the guy to avoid problems. GET Transfer says they will not refund me and that this driver does not work for them!!! How in this world did he know my name and the hotel adress??? They said I did not show and the "correct"driver had to leave. My flight had no delays and I walked through the arrivals door at the correct time. Where was this "correct driver"?? Something stinks in this story. It seems it was a setup to charge me twice. This company should be shut down by the police !!

Our driver cancelled our booking just before we got on a 14 hour flight to Lyon with our 2 small children. I called get transfer straight away and was told not to worry that they would have someone else waiting for us when we landed. And that there would be no additional cost incurred by us. Surprise, surprise. When we arrived having travelled now for 38 hours from Australia there was no driver. After calling get transfer again to find out where the driver was we were told they were still looking for one. We were then told they found one but we had to pay an extra 137 euros on top of what we had already paid. We had no other option but to do this as our children were exhausted. The driver then took 1.5 hours to turn up so in total we waited at the airport for over 3 hours. The car that was sent did not then even fit us all in and we had to sit our 4 year old son on our lap. The worst part however was that the car was not equipped with winter/snow tires and as we approached our hotel, it skidded out of control on the ice road and smashed into 5 parked cars and just narrowly missed a man walking on the road. We could have been killed by this car that was arranged by get transfer even though we clearly provided the detail of where we were going to in the alps. Obviously I cannot risk the lives of my family again by using this company on our return trip so I requested to cancel. I also cannot believe that they would expect me to pay for the first part of the trip including the additional 137 euros I was forced to pay for a trip that endangered the lives of both my family and people walking in the street. Get Transfer- it is unacceptable for you to simply reply to emails with the comment that someone will be in touch. It is also unacceptable that I have had to pay not just the full fare but an additional charge for a vehicle that was cancelled at short notice and was not roadworthy.

Stay away from this company ! They don’t pay money back. I canceled my transfer and still didn’t get money back after 17 days. Yesterday they had problem with international transactions , today I got answer about corona virus. Crazy !!! This company needs to be closed after lawsuit.

We were ditched by our driver because of delay in US customs resulting in missed connection. Gave GetTransfer 7 hours notice but was offered no resolution and was told to re-book. No refund... not even a partial one. Apparently it's policy. DO NOT USE. The service on a bus is better!

While in the air I had an email that i obviously could not see or reply to cancelling my transfer. On landing in Barcelona with my family I was told GetTransfer could do nothing when I called them. Apart from “Just use a local taxi sir”..!!! It took 10 days to get my money back plus I had to pay out an extra €150 to travel to Lloret de mar. Shocking customer service, my complaint wasn’t dealt with correctly and they did not refund me the full extra amount so ended up costing me more. Very disappointing looking at some of the other negative experiences people have had they really need to work on customer experience and service.

A transfer could become a nightmare I have booked many services with them, but after the last service, I will never use this service again. If you ever book a transfer, make sure to book a service where the provider really understand their business and take care of the customers. If there is an issue, GetTransfer do not know what happened and they just trust the taxi driver. This will damage you and you will never get your money back. I booked the service 2 weeks in advance for a relative asking for a driver who could bring a tag name as my relative hadn't access to mobile network in that country. The service was accepted. But the taxi driver didn't appear. My relative -who didn't speak the language- after 1.5h waiting was desperated and took another taxi.That taxi cost her 130€ as the taxi driver tricked her. Now, GetTransfer states that the service was done -with no real proof of the taxi driver- and they do not refund the cost that I paid in advance. The total cost of the taxi was 160€ plus a lost of face with my relative.
