Very Bad service,cheap but never Again,booked it on December Barclona airport and they let us down,when I saw the Russian flag on side I just felt bad but I was silly to book it

Because of the flight delay, the carrier told us there is no transport free at the time of new arrival and so they contacted GetTransfer and GetTransfer confirmed they will try to find another transfer company for us. After arrival we had no information about new transfer so I had to call them. We had only number of another country and so the call was quite expensive. In this call the operator told me the driver is waiting at the airport so he will call him and call me back. After 25 minutes no call. I had to call again and this time another operator first tried to transfer me over to the first operator, however after a moment waiting spoke to me the same person telling me the change of pick up time was done with short time to pick up and so there is no transfer for us, nor no refund and we only can contract and pay new service. So we spend almoust one hour looking for the driver, because the currier told us GetTransfer confirmed they will try to find another service. And also waiting for the call back after the first call. Once at home, I´ve try to compain to the GetTransfer and they told me the transfer was there twice!!!!! What is obviously not true as I have informed the currier 2 hours before the pick up time that we have delay and even if the transfer would be where at the time we arrived, why operatitor told me there is NO transfer??? The company is not able to give me some explanation, only that the transfer was there and in their conditions is courtesy waiting time 1 hour at the airport, once the time pass by, the driver can leave without you and there is no refund. And the weirdest thing is when I have tried to claim the transfer cost from airport company and I downloaded the voucher again, GetTransfer changed the original pick up time. Originaly we had 17:00, what is also in the email with payment confirmation, however in the voucher was 19:00, what is the time when we arrived.

I spoke to the driver 12 hours before scheduled ride to notify him that I needed him to come earlier. He told me that he was unavailable and that he would cancel my ride and arrange for a refund. I rescheduled my ride with another driver who was courteous and got us to our destination on time. I followed up on the refund for the first booking and after days and days of emails back and forth the driver apparently turned up to collect us even though he knew we weren't going to be there, provided proof that he was at the pick up location to Get Transfer and now Get Transfer are refusing to refund my money. The driver is a scammer and I will never use this company again.

The transfer from Bangkok airport to the hotel in central Bangkok was ok. It was a bit hard to find the pickup spot due to the driver's poor English, but it worked out. However, why the f*** do I get a call 04:20 in the morning getting asked to review the service? This happened 3 weeks after I got home. I don't want to get a call from you and especially not 04:20 in the morning when me and my family are asleep.

The driver was a no-show called the company they tried calling no answer from the driver did not get a refund the company's only interested in the money sided with the driver

Recently I had a very bad experience with gettransfer. Initially with the carrier and then with the way that gettransfer customerservices been respond. Beside the early booking and payment the driver didn't showed up and I was about to mis my flight moreover i paid three times more for the on spot taxi, no proper feedback and action was taken by gettransfer management They are totally unreliable and no responsibility  Not recommended at all

Avoid at all cost ...left stranded at LAX ... prepaid but driver went off doing private uber ... waited over an hour and then had to find another cab... $100 out of pocket ... and this company doesn’t want to know .... a very bad company indeed .... avoid

SCAM! DO NOT USE!! We booked GetTransfer for an airport transfer up the mountain to Les Menuires and thoroughly regretted it! Our first party arrived at the airport, and the driver was nowhere to be found and could not be contacted. We rang the office and were continually fobbed off – reaching a different person each time we called and were told they would have to investigate and get back to us, which they never did. We finally got through to the driver (on a Latvian number which was horrendously expensive to call with the multiple attempts) who said he was ‘delayed’ but had not bothered to tell nor us nor the office, and kept telling us ‘just 10 minutes more’. However about 1.5-2 hours later we finally found him and we were on our way. I generally don’t write reviews, and would not have written this if it had ended there. However we had already made another booking through GetTransfer for another member of our party getting a later flight, arriving around 6 hours later. Our driver informed us that he was due to collect this person later but due to the delay would not make it, and asked us to talk to the office to tell them. We therefore had to contact the GetTransfer office ourselves to explain and confirm who would be collecting this person (our colleague was flying at the time and unable to do so themselves), but the driver then did not answer his phone when the office called multiple times to confirm, I assume as he didn’t want to have the conversation about why he wouldn’t go - meaning they wouldn’t make any other arrangements. So we had to physically give the driver our phone so GetTransfer would make other arrangements. GetTransfer would then not confirm any further details until about an hour later when they said they didn’t know what to do, and would not be able to take our colleague! This person was arriving at 11:00pm and had no other way to get up the mountain and had no accommodation down the mountain booked. Finally after multiple phone calls, GetTransfer said they would find another driver to take him but it would be more expensive and insisted on a PayPal payment (in addition to what we had already paid) – not allowing cash, credit card or any other kind of payment – and not letting the driver to go to the airport until we had paid in full and sent them confirmation. We had trouble getting such a payment across (and obviously also shouldn’t have had to have pay), but GetTransfer insisted on using a PayPal link – and not allowing an email address or phone number as localising information which I understand is a common scam. It had got to 11:00pm by this time and so we still had no way of getting our member up the mountain, though GetTransfer still had sent a driver to collect him or even assure he would be collected. They are dishonest, disorganised and have a flagrant disregard for any kind of passenger welfare or any kind of commitment they’ve made – and will use a situation to extort more money if it suits them. Without a doubt the worst taxi or airport experience I have ever had -and I can’t discourage you enough from using them.

Surprised with other passengers in the van At Kayseri airport in Turkey our driver showed up with a bunch of other passengers in the same vehicle basically taking multiple bookings for the same vehicle. We reserved the van on the app as a separate booking and was surprised to see all other groups with us. I officially complained against this driver and requested a refund which I never received till date. I did not use the transfer and refused to board the vehicle with 5 other passengers and ended up taking a taxi from the airport. Don’t use this company very unreliable. Case (Need help #5925292)

Dear Customer, The carrier reserves the car for a specific time. For our customers, free driver waiting time at the airport lasting 1 hour is included. If the flight is delayed for more than an hour, our carriers cannot be held responsible for this and we are obliged to compensate them for their costs.

I have booked many services with them, but after the last service, I will never use this service again. If you ever book a transfer, make sure to book a service where the provider really understand their business and take care of the customers. If there is an issue, GetTransfer do not know what happened and they just trust the taxi driver. This will damage you and you will never get your money back. I booked the service 2 weeks in advance for a relative asking for a driver who could bring a tag name as my relative hadn't access to mobile network in that country. The service was accepted. But the taxi driver didn't appear. My relative -who didn't speak the language- after 1.5h waiting was desperated and took another taxi.That taxi cost her 130€ as the taxi driver tricked her. Now, GetTransfer states that the service was done -with no real proof of the taxi driver- and they do not refund the cost that I paid in advance. The total cost of the taxi was 160€ plus a lost of face with my relative.

yes my wife and i yoused this company in seville they did not turn up it cost us 25 euro's for another taxi.i have emailed them 3 times once we got home no joy, avoid them like the plague.for there use our booking number was 3247384 carriers name ivan castro doblado ment to drive ahyundi reg number 6843 jwx our date of travel was the 21/10/ 2019 still waiting for our 25 euros

I had a terrible experience. The service was not provided and the company refused to refund what they charged. I was told that it is due to a change I asked in pickup time. This is false. I even sent emails which stated the agreed time. Taxis are cheaper, quicker and more honest. Really no need to bother about these "so called" providers.

Pre paid 500 dollars for a transfer rang driver he said you need to get taxi as I have problem So had to get a taxi 250 euro to hotel and 280 back cash and taxi drivers said it happens all the time with that app Avoid

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience. We prepaid for two transfers, in advance as we had a busy schedule Dec 2019. The Get transfers driver failed to arrive, costing us a significant amount of money. We were required to arrange alternative transport at the last minute as get transfers Paris, failed to send a driver after we had already paid for the service. This cost us extra money we weren't expecting to have to pay. Upon hailing a regular taxi, we discovered that not only had they failed to arrive for a service that was already paid for, but they had also over charged us, as the regular taxi cost was 3 times less than that charged by get transfers. We have requested a refund, as we paid for a service they didn't deliver, and have still been unable to receive a refund. Our advice would be to hail a regular taxi, it will be much cheaper and less stressful on the day, particularly if you have to be at a destination in a timely manner with pre booked tours / commitments.
