While in the air I had an email that i obviously could not see or reply to cancelling my transfer. On landing in Barcelona with my family I was told GetTransfer could do nothing when I called them. Apart from “Just use a local taxi sir”..!!! It took 10 days to get my money back plus I had to pay out an extra €150 to travel to Lloret de mar. Shocking customer service, my complaint wasn’t dealt with correctly and they did not refund me the full extra amount so ended up costing me more. Very disappointing looking at some of the other negative experiences people have had they really need to work on customer experience and service.
