Because of the flight delay, the carrier told us there is no transport free at the time of new arrival and so they contacted GetTransfer and GetTransfer confirmed they will try to find another transfer company for us.
After arrival we had no information about new transfer so I had to call them. We had only number of another country and so the call was quite expensive. In this call the operator told me the driver is waiting at the airport so he will call him and call me back. After 25 minutes no call. I had to call again and this time another operator first tried to transfer me over to the first operator, however after a moment waiting spoke to me the same person telling me the change of pick up time was done with short time to pick up and so there is no transfer for us, nor no refund and we only can contract and pay new service.
So we spend almoust one hour looking for the driver, because the currier told us GetTransfer confirmed they will try to find another service. And also waiting for the call back after the first call.
Once at home, I´ve try to compain to the GetTransfer and they told me the transfer was there twice!!!!! What is obviously not true as I have informed the currier 2 hours before the pick up time that we have delay and even if the transfer would be where at the time we arrived, why operatitor told me there is NO transfer???
The company is not able to give me some explanation, only that the transfer was there and in their conditions is courtesy waiting time 1 hour at the airport, once the time pass by, the driver can leave without you and there is no refund.
And the weirdest thing is when I have tried to claim the transfer cost from airport company and I downloaded the voucher again, GetTransfer changed the original pick up time. Originaly we had 17:00, what is also in the email with payment confirmation, however in the voucher was 19:00, what is the time when we arrived.
