They literally forgot to pick us up for our return trip to the airport. It took them about a month to refund only the return portion of our fee. No consideration for leaving us stranded 45 minutes outside the city with a plane to catch. We had to pay cash (double original cost) to get emergency transportation to the airport. They wouldn't compensate us for that because we couldn't get a receipt. Don't use this service. You can't count on it.

habíamos quedado a las 4:00 de la mañana, y a menos cinco, la chica que nos daba la información nos dijo que el coche llegaba tarde unos 20/35 min... después del disgusto, y teniendo en cuenta que debíamos llegar al aeropuerto, llamamos a otro taxi, deprisa y corriendo...la chica de Gettransfer nos dijo que nos devolverían el dinero... pero aún así, y teniendo en cuenta que no fue nuestra culpa, nos han retenido el dinero... muy enfadada con el servicio y esperando que nos devuelvan el dinero!

Do not use. Terrible. Unreliable. The car never arrived to take me to the airport. I couldn’t make contact through any customer service options - no text, call or live email responses. The app was not updating in real time. I’d paid in full and I’m yet to receive a refund.

Horrible company. Just arranged car through bolt. Would have been much more effective to just use bolt as we waited 1.5 hrs on the street and were communication with someone in Russia for a ride in Paris. Avoid.

BEWARE, CAUTION when booking with GETTRANSFER.COM in Barcelona, Spain. I booked transportation from the airport to the hotel. The driver never showed up but when I contacted them for a refund when I got home the driver who was to pick me up contacted me back and said he was there. If he was there than here is the problem...He said he did not have my name...which he of course would have had it and he said he had a sign with a different company name on it. So, if he was there I of course would never have been able to find him since he did not have a GETTRANSFER sign. I guess he believed I could read minds and know he was my driver. For real....no driver at the airport to pick me up. If he was there he should be let go by the company for being a crapper driver. The other 2 I booked with this company showed up on time. The problem with them was, I ask for an English speaking drivers and neither one of them spoke English. The company ask me for my transfer booking number and I sent it to them I believe 3 different times and each time the got back to me and said: we have to investigate or we have to review your case.. HAHAHA....right. I figured out by now the do not give refunds back for their mistakes. SO, BEWARE BEWARE

Further to previous review I've had a day of email tennis and got absolutely nowhere. Woeful arrogant "service" from Michael, the Head of Quality, who quite clearly hasn't read any of my correspondence and clearly doesn't grasp the issue. Expected two pensioners to walk 35 minutes in pouring rain to rendezvous with a taxi that didn't have any accreditation to enter a shipping port (Livorno, Italy) and meet customers at the TAXI RANK AT THE SIDE OF THE SHIP, AS ADVISED THE DAY BEFORE. An unbelievable situation. If it hadn't happened to me I'd have thought this was a made up story.

booked through GetTransfer for car service from LaGuardia airport in Queens NY to Brooklyn NY. I booked the reservation on their website. I had to call them 4 times because they did not ask for my flight number or time of flight. The people working at the number they provide barely spoke English. They were rude and didn't seem to care. When I asked for a manager, that person said that they were the manager. Each time I called and asked for a manager I was the same story. All of my trip details were wrong. I wasted my money and got a major headache from this. I will NEVER use this company again. O will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Difficult to know where to begin. Driver's supplied phone number was blocked. Expected us to use Whatsapp rather than the GetTransfer app. Second phone number supplied also blocked. Expected us to walk 35 minutes to rendezvous point in pouring rain. When we finally met with the driver ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES LATE, meandered up the back roads instead of taking the autoroute despite the fact we had a timed appointment, which we obviously missed and I cured a further 92€ cost. GetTransfer unhelpful to the point of obstructive in refusing to consider any wrongdoing on their part or the driver. My sincere recommendation at all costs...AVOID.

Prenotato trasferimento №5490361 da Cracovia a auswchitz per visita campo concentramento appuntamento alle 7.45 e appuntamento per il rientro alle 14.30. La visita comprende ingresso auswchitz e campo Birkenau dove abbiamo dovuto pagare guida . Alle ore 12 mi contatta l autista per sapere a che punto eravamo ci vediamo nel parcheggio e ci dice che il campo di Birkenau era chiuso che era in ristrutturazione che poi ci volevano altri biglietti cosa che non era vera . al mio fargli notare che avevamo i biglietti e che la guida ci stava aspettando lì con fare minaccioso fa capire che ci avrebbe rimasto lì senza riaccompagnare a Cracovia. Siccome eravamo una comitiva con tre bambini piccoli abbiamo fatto rientro a Cracovia. Contatto l assistenza che puntualmente ci prende in giro chiedendo solo il numero prenotazione ma senza emettere nessun rimborso complici spudorati di queste persone. Truffatori che no hanno rispettato delle persone per colpa loro ho perso 117 euro di trasferimento che nn e stato rispettato soldi delle giude per campo bikernau e soprattutto non aver potuto visitare il campo di Birkenau uno dei più grandi di Europa e che non potrò visitare più in quanto penso di non tornare a Cracovia solo per quel campo. Quindi li citerò per danni morali e economici Chi interessato si metta in contatto così procediamo presso l’AGCOM. Questa società va bloccata. I capi d’accusa sono Truffa, raggiro e ricettazione.

Do not use this service!!! Run! They will keep your money if your flight is delayed and thinks it’s ok for the driver not to show up for pick ups! Do not use them!

Please note that the carrier reserves a vehicle for a certain time and date thus refusing from other jobs. If a flight gets delayed the driver must not be held responsible but must be compensated for his expenses. In such cases we advise to address the airline company for compensation.

Most of our drivers in such cases adapt to the time changes but they are obliged to do so.

WARNING!!!!Dont use this company if you dont whant to loose your money. I booked transfer from Rome, 7 people.2 Children. No sign of the driver when arrive. I tried to call him and he hang the phone on me. After that he didnt answer on the fallowings attempts to reach him. The complain departemen refuse to pay back my money, even when i have pictures and evidence that he didnt wait for us, or for 1 hour that its the policy and the garanti they have. Extremly bad service and sooo stressful moment that nobody will experience. Do not use this company

Please do NOT use this service. I paid for car seats for my twin boys for both journeys to and from airport. Paid extra to have them. Did not receive them. Wrote to the company, had various conversations and nothing. QA are involved, what an absolute waste of space. My suggestion use Uber. Would have been a quarter of the price that I paid to ensure safety for my 2 year olds

WORST SERVICE EVER. AFTER BOOKIN AND PAYING FOR AIRPORT TRANSFER IN FRANKFURT THEY FAILED TO PICK UP. WHEN I RANG DRIVER NUMBER HE TOLD NE HE WASN'T COMING. I HAD TO GET TAXI AFTER14 HOUR FLIGHT. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING REFUND NOW FO THREE MONTHS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

DO NOT USE!!! My transfer did not turn up, customer services were rubbish and did not care. Told me to put the phone down and stop talking to them as I was wasting time when I could be ringing a taxi. Absolutely disgusting. We had paid in full for this transfer and it was the end of our holiday we then had to find another £200 for a taxi and nearly missed our flight. Please do not use this company they do not care about their customers and are rude.

GetTransfer.com is a SCAMMER, we ordered online a pick up service at Bangkok Airport around two hours prior the guest landing, after the guest exit the arrival hall couldn't find the driver, we called the number in the confirmation email which we received but a person picked up and said "since the booking was made less than 3 hours I can't pick up the guest, better you take a taxi" so the guest eventually took a taxi and fortunately we have the taxi receipt and time, I shocked when I saw that that SCAM company still charging my credit card, I called the hotline where their staff said I need to send an email and request a refund, I didn't understand why I have to do if they didn't provide a service, isn't scam? Anyhow, I been 3 days back and forth by emails with this SCAM company where today they said their driver have a proof he was at the pick up location so they won't refund us, yesterday they said we requested to change the pick up location and that's why won't refund us according to the terms and conditions!!! We have disputed the payment with the bank with all our supporting documents and the phone call with that SCAM driver too, please avoid using this company, you gonna lose your money as they are SCAMMER not even a company

After I submitted my honest review and experience with gettransfer.com they sent me an email letting me know that my account is suspended, and that I broke their "rules"... Well obviously a Russian based rat hole company are used to a dictatorship system, and you're not allowed to share your experience with others, they apparently have very poor knowledge about free press and freedom of speech. Garbage platform and pathetic customer service.

Hi there, I order a transfer about one month in advance. Everything was fine until I received a call. I was driving at the time and ask the get transfer. Com support member to wait 20 seconds as I take my car off the road and park to speak to her, she hung up and I rang back. They said they would ring me back but did not and instead sent me an email telling me that they have cancelled my transfer and have refunded my money 1 day before I fly. They sent an email 2 days prior but it ended up in my junk email so I didn't not see it. They were no help, all I wanted was a transfer, worst company I have ever dealt with and they have zero customer service. Just an unprofessional company which you seriously cannot trust with your transfer. First time using them and will never use them again.
