Ordered a taxi via GetTransfer.com for a pick up at Krakow Airport. Driver did not show, no message left to confirm a status and no answer to a call I made to the number given by this company while I waited. I've now sent numerous mails to Customer service. Refund remains outstanding after 8 weeks.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO NEED TO WASTE TIME, MONEY & EFFORT WITH PRE-BOOKING. ITS ACTUALLY BETTER TO USE THE TAXIS READILY AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE ARRIVALS DOOR.
