I too have experienced very poor customer support. Due to strike in France I had to cancel my transfer but out of my control so was less than 24hrs . They refused to pay back my money that they had taken up front as less than 24hrs but I did not make the strike so over £135 later no refund..... I did not cause the strike. They sit behind clauses in paperwork but what about individual cases and human kindness. They have none.
