We contract this company to pick up (6 people) From internacional main Airport in Turkey, we had to wait 1 hour for the driver to find us,because they didnt told us where to wait for the car, the driver came with no explanation and no english. On the day to take us black, to a doméstic airport, I send the company the copy of the airport and the hotel called them as well, The driver took us to the wrong airport, by the time we arrived to the correct one, we missed the flight , we had to pay 15 euros each and waited 7 hours to the next flight, also because the change of flight we arrived to a different airport in Capadoccia and we had to pay 50 euros to bring us the car that we rented in advance, it was a DESASTROUS experience No apology nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESPONSABILITY AND CARELESS.

Horrible experience, on the 22nd and the 23rd of Oct 2019 I completed 3 transfers 1st tran ID 5088837 total 16 EUR they deducted 3.6 EUR commissions = 12.4 2nd tran ID 5112249 total 20 EUR they deducted 4.5 EUR commissions = 15.5 3rd tran ID 5123693 total 17 EUR they deducted 3.83 EUR commissions = 13.18 they deducted another 2.5 EUR VAT and they paid me 26 EUR for tran numbers 2 and 3 only. When I approached them this was their answer : Dear partner, One transfer is -12 EUR. If we count 12,4+15,5+13,18-12=29,08. 29,08-VAT=26,57 EUR as you can see its all been copy-pasted between me and them and its all clear they are SCAM AND THIEVES

DRIVERS STAY AWAY THIS RAT HOLE SO CALLED COMPANY IS A SCAM I am registered as a carrier with gettransfer.com, I am supposed to get paid every 3 business days. 1st trip cost 16 EUR they charged me 3.6 commissions = 12.4 2nd trip 20 EUR they charged me 4.5 commissions = 15.5 3rd trip 17 EUR they charged me 3.83 commissions = 13.18 In total, I was supposed to get paid 41.08 and instead I got paid 26.5. When I approached them by E-mail countlessly, their response was: Dear partner, One transfer is -12 EUR. If we count 12,4+15,5+13,18-12=29,08. They deducted 12 Euros for no given reason what so ever. the transfer number they provided for the deduction doesn't even exist on their page and they just keep making excuses after excuses. DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THOSE SCUM BAGS

I ordered a taxi at 2am in an emergency situation as there was an airport strike and I had just arrived in Italy. I was asked to pay in full for a taxi I had requested but then was able to find a local service earlier. I cancelled the trip and they refused to refund my taxi even though it was scheduled for 12 hours away. I complained and they said effectively I was not entitled to cancel the taxi. They took 80 euros for a service they did not provide!

I booked three transfers with Get Transfer. All were paid in advance through credit card. First transfer: from Brussels airport to hotel; Second: From Antwerp Hotel to Amsterdam Hotel; Third: From Amsterdam Hotel to airport. The first driver showed up but did not have the size van requested. We were able to cram into a smaller one. At least the driver showed up and was concerned. Second: Driver never showed up. 8 people (70 and older) stranded. Called. Response was we cannot locate the driver and don’t have any other driver. All 8 of us drag our luggage to the train station and buy tickets. Third: Due to experience, cancelled the third transfer in plenty of time to qualify for refund. Loads of emails back and forth with GetTransfer; courteous responses but NO REFUND! Over $400 in charges. Outrageous. By paying in advance you are trapped. Can't possibly recommend.

I booked 3 transfers with Get Transfer. The first from airport to hotel in Brussels; Second from hotel in Antwerp to hotel in Amsterdam; and Third from hotel in Amsterdam to airport. Paid in advance. First: Driver tried his best but could not provide requested van so substituted a smaller one which we crammed into. At least he showed up and was concerned. Second: Driver never showed; 8 people waiting. Telephoned - response was don't know where our driver is and do not have substitute. 8 People (well over 70) had to roll luggage to train station and buy tickets to meet our deadline. Third: Cancelled in time for refund. No refunds EVER paid. Over $400 in charges. Lots of emails with no results. Horrible experience. No recourse since prepaid.

i booked a Return from get transfer for Georgia Tbilisi to hotel the driver completed the airport to hotel but on the return we were given excuse after excuse that he would be there in 10 mins ,he didn't show up so we were forced to call a cab as an emergency otherwise we were going to miss the flight,when we got back and complained its been excuse after excuse to send info to various emails and nothing was refunded,if it wasnt for paypal i would have lost my refund thank you paypal wont be using this company ever!!!! avoid to much headache

I used this service to book two trips for my visit to Italy. I was bombarded with "New Quote" e-mails to the point where I unknowingly booked and paid for the same trip twice. Because I was booking two trips, I never caught the error and two drivers were assigned to the same trip. I contacted them and requested a partial credit, recognizing I was partially at fault. GetTransfer simply invoked their 48 hour cancellation policy and refused any type of refund. I will never use this outfit again and encourage you to be very careful if you do. Better, avoid it.

If I can give zero star I would. Had the worst experience dealing with this company for my trip in Japan. I had booked a transfer from Kyoto to Osaka. First the App is amateur, hard to reach to customer service if you have any questions or issues. Second, the driver decided to cancel our ride due to weather which is understandable, but the company took forever to refund the money and did not refund the full amount because "They are not responsible for the foreign exchange fee". So, the customer is just unlucky to be canceled on and expected to pay for any extra fees? AWFUL. Never AGAIN!!!!!!!

Worst transfer company 4 Months, ago we paid for transportation from airport to london full payment. 2 Hours before a flight, they send email and ask us to pay addition payment of 79£, or transfer will not come. After additional payment on line . We landed but no one not come for a pick up , It was 23:00 pm. Very bad feeling to be at this time without transport after we paid for this service. If you use gettransfer - think twice or you will lose much more money.back

Beware, this is a scam! Made a reservation for airport transfer with them and got a confirmation for the wrong time (16:00 instead of 4am...). Notified them of the mistake immediately and asked to fix/cancel. Called the driver directly, who canceled the trip. Customer service simply quoted fine print and said they cannot change or refund. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back. Plain and simple deception - stay away!!!

Please do not use!!! We booked a pickup from Bordeaux to a small town in the south of France where we had other plans with time constraints, so a direct transfer was the only option for us. Due to plane delays we had to postpone the pickup by a day and did so in a timely manner but where refused a refund. Then the day after when the new transfer was booked, we had to wait for over 2 hours and when after so many emails texts and phone calls the driver finally showed up not driving the car that was on the order form and complaining about who was going to pay him. The transfers cost us about 600+ € plush another 201 € in cost at the destination. After all this there is nothing they are willing to do for us other than offering us 10% of our next transfer we order, but of course there wont be a next time as I am sure there must be reliable solutions out there.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione dall’aereoporto di Istanbul all’hotel zona Taksim, l’autista ha guidato pessimamente per tutto il tragitto, l’auto non aveva niente di ciò che prometteva. Queste sono le note “positive”. Dopo esser stato scaricato al volo, nella fretta dimentico il giubbotto nell’auto, contatto immediatamente l’autista e il suo responsabile, i quali in un primo momento mi riferiscono che al primo trasferimento in zona avrei riavuto il giubbotto. Passate 6/7 ore mi preoccupo e li ricontatto, mi minacciano dicendomi “se vuoi indietro il tuo giubbotto dovrai pagare 30€” un vero e proprio ricatto, volevo chiamare la polizia ma ero stanco e all’interno del giubbotto avevo i miei documenti oltre che alle chiavi di casa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale mi hanno risposto “purtroppo per riportarle la giacca l’autista ha sostenuto delle spese”...vergognoso!!!! Un furto

DO NOT USE. I booked on gettransfer.com for a pickup to the airport in a remote part of Italy. My pregnant wife and I showed up in the spot we were expecting to get picked up. Nobody shows up, we're frantically calling them and they reach out to say the driver can't make it. Mind you this is after the pickup time and now we're stressing about missing our flight. The lovely customer service rep says sorry we can't help you arrange for new transportation even though the original one never showed up. Great customer service. We receive an email over 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time from the driver saying he can't pick us up. Turns out that we already knew that because we were still standing there, in the rain, in the same spot and already missed our flight. Gettransfer refused to help us and had no backup plan in case of accidents/emergencies. They didn't even notify us in a timely fashion when we could have made other arrangements. We ended up paying out of pocket for a flight the next day, paid for a taxi to a hotel near the airport, paid for a hotel stay, all the while completely stressed out. When we submitted evidence so we can recoup our costs, they only refunded the original booking, leaving us short about ~$1,400. In the end, they said, "The Company [gettransfer] shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of the User’s (me) use of or reliance on the Service." Basically, we aren't responsible for the service we provide. Think of any other "platform" company and try to imagine that same response from amazon, uber, lyft or airbnb. We will be pursuing legal action against them.

Please do not use this service. Horrible airport transfer company. I booked a BMW and got a Daihatsu. Then they say that they are only a booking platform and are not responsible for the actual car that gets delivered by the vendor. The QA manager replies back mentioning all the clauses from the agreement that suggests they are not responsible for any issues or errors. This website is scam.

Paid for a return transfer which never showed up had to pay for new transfers costing more money then original communication from company dreadful getting no where with s refund have rang emailed lost count how many times. Dreadful customer service still ongoing.

The service we received from Get Transfer was appalling to say the least. I booked a transfer while in Spain and when I never received a confirmation I got in touch with the company to enquire about my transfer and was informed that there is no record and that the transfer hadn’t been received by them. I took them at their word and booked again and immediately informed them about this and said that If a second booking is received by the company it is a duplicate of the original as we only need one transfer. I sent numerous emails stating this. Needless to say the payment went through twice although we only had the one transfer and only one driver was despatched and now I cannot get a refund from the company. They have simply stopped replying to my emails! As a result I will now hand it over to my bank to investigate a case of fraud. Avoid this company at all costs!

Also please note that we do not have control over payment statuses - it is the payment system field. Double payments always get refunded at first request.

I booked an airport transfer with Get Transfers and, because my flight was 2 hours delayed, the driver messaged to say he couldn't wait but I won't get a refund!! So had to get a taxi when I landed and Get Transfers won't refund my €116!!!!! Totally livid, an abaolutely ridiculous experience given it was an airport transfer and this sort of thing must happen all the time and you can monitor flight so they would have known how late we would be. Daylight robbery just not turning up and also not refunding money. DON'T USE THEM!

Dear Customer, you have requested a transfer for a certain time and the carrier was on place at the given time to pick you up. There is no fault of the driver that your flight got delayed so please address the airline company for compensations. The carrier must be compensated for reserving the vehicle and refusing other jobs.
