Beware, this is a scam!
Made a reservation for airport transfer with them and got a confirmation for the wrong time (16:00 instead of 4am...). Notified them of the mistake immediately and asked to fix/cancel. Called the driver directly, who canceled the trip.
Customer service simply quoted fine print and said they cannot change or refund. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back.
Plain and simple deception - stay away!!!
