Booked them last week to drive us from Gare du Nord to our hotel. When we got there, the car was not. Not at our gate, not at the taxi stand, not at the front door, and nowhere in between. We walked around the train station for 30 minutes in the heat with big suitcases, my wife stated getting ill from the exertion, and we had to give up and hired what turned out to be a gypsy can who overcharged us. When we got to our room and turned on internet (my phone does not work in France) there were messages from gettransfer that the original car in our description of what to look for couldn't make it and our replaced driver was in the Burger King parking lot. As if I should have know that. Company is saying it's my fault and refusing to refund the charge. My recommendation is to go with the real taxis: there's no point in trying to save 20€ if it ends up costing you twice that (or more)

We are sorry, but no payment return is allowed in case passenger does not show up at an agreed place of the Transfer at the pick-up time nor within 60 minutes at the airports, 30 minutes at the railway stations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Booked taxi to the airport, driver never showed up didn't reply any of my calls.. Thankfully uber saved the day!

I had to give one star bevause there isn't half a start available. Our pickup time from our hotel to the airport was at 7.30am and until 7.55 the driver hadn't yet showed up. At 8.00am we had to take another minivan as to avoid missing our flight. The person we contacted on whatsapp blamed traffic for the delay which we found ridiculous. If the driver got stuck in traffic he should have informed the company that he wouldn't be able to make it in time and informed us. NEVER AGAIN. I hope we will be refunded.

Dear George, we apologize for this unpleasant situation. Some situations can not be foreseen like high traffic, however the driver should always warn beforehand. Please provide us with the booking number and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

I booked a transfer within 14 hours of the required pick up time. This already negated the 48 hour ruling in terms of cancellation. When my allocated driver realised he could not make the pick up time that night. he cancelled the pick up, called GetTransfer to inform them of this and GetTransfer subsequently cancelled the pick up, took my money and have refused to refund the money. The driver who this case was initially assigned to did not receive any of this money, GetTransfer kept it all for themselves without providing a service. GetTransfer are now refusing to refund my money as the cancellation was made within the 48 hour timeframe however as I have continually informed them, the booking was made within 14 hours of the required pick up time negating their policy anyway and the driver who accepted the pick up was the one who had to cancel it as they realised they could not make the pick up time that night.

I booked online a vehicle, and booked for 10 hrs. I paid upfront (never again). The driver arrived at my hotel and sent me a whatsapp, just saying Hi I am your driver. I replied and was waiting in the hotel breakfast when I received messages saying I cannot wait any longer and I am leaving. My phone did not have internet connection and didnt receive teh messages. Get Transfer has a policy to wait 15 mins and then they cancel without reimbursement. The drivers abuse this policy, they never called me by phone, never told the bell man they had arrived, and just took off. Even though I had paid for 10 hrs of service, it didnt matter. I called the driver and he said it was cancelled and he would not returned even though I called literally 2 mins after he has left. Please never ever hire this fraudulent and abusive service. My reservation number was 3945491

Gettransfer.com= A HUGE RIP-OFf : same experience as many customers: request online for a transfer / payment online of 234 euros and bank confirmation as a proof / company and customer service denying the payment so no transfer allowed. So at the end, stolen money, time and energy to explain the situation, impossible to have your money back and had to pay another driver! Please DO NOT USE THIS APP or their service! It is a huge RIP-OFF! They are thieves and not professional at all!

Consumers be aware!!! My family was stranded at the HNL Airport for over 2.5 hours this Saturday, August 24, 2019 (our flight arrival was 11:49am). My pre-paid transport was scheduled for noon (12PM) pickup at the HNL Airport with a large SUV for 5 people but we'd ended up getting a mid-size SUV of Kia. Our family had to be cramped into this smaller SUV after being stranded for over 2.5 hours. Not a single apology from the company nor the driver. Worse yet, the site won't even allow me to log back into my account after this incident. At this point, I have no idea if my pre-paid transport to the airport for my family's return home flight is going to pick us up on time this Thursday. Consumers be aware!!! GetTransfer.com is owned by GETTRANSFER LTD.. GETTRANSFER LTD. is based out of a Hong Kong company. Don't use this site or any of their services. It will ruin your vacation or leisure. This company should be considered unreliable and fraudulent, as they won't let you cancel any prepayment charged within 48 hours prior to the date of service. If you happen to experience the horrible service and wish to cancel any further prepaid services, you are out of luck. You better hope for the best outcome because you've already been charged for all the prearranged services. The website won't even allow me to logon right now. Perhaps, the driver already had informed the company of what had happened with my episode....

At the beginning of August, we ordered and paid 240€ on the net for booking a taxi from Punat Marina, Croatia to Venice Marco Polo airport. 1/2 hour before the expected time the taxi has been cancelled by the driver himself because of the traffic jam. After a few phone calls to the local agency, they admitted that they didn’t have any solution for us and suggested to find a local taxi and peomised we would get a refund of the taxi fare if we would be able to send the receipt.We left with a delay of 1 hour 1/2 and we were very lucky to get on time for the flight. Till today we didn’t get any refund for the 300€ we paid in addition to 240€ we had already paid on the net. For me Gettransfer is to pay for a service you will never get...never and never again! ))-: Transfert request number: 3646632

I used the company service to book a transfer from the Charles De Gaulle airport to central Paris. I was suppose to arrive at 15:30. I contacted the company to let them know that my flight delayed and will arrive at 17:05, that was at 14:44. I received an email saying that I need to pay €80 euros to the driver so that he can wait. The total cost for the booking was $101 so I explained that this is a lot and I can pay €40. I arrived to the airport to find that the driver had left.

Fuyez cette plateforme ! J'ai payé 50 euros un transfert Bratislava-Vienne. Le chauffeur n'arrivant pas, j'ai téléphoné à la plateforme qui m'a invité à prendre un autre taxi dont la facture me serait remboursée. Le taxi sur place m'a coûté 134 euros. GetTransfer m'a remboursé les 50 euros mais pas la différence qui reste à ma charge alors que c'est eux qui m'ont mis en contact avec ce transporteur. Malgré mes nombreux mails, aucun remboursement, cette société se cachant derrière des conditions d'utilisations pour se désengager de toute responsabilité face aux problèmes. C'est inadmissible. I waited over 10 hours and not one request. I chased up customer services three times but received the same excuse that a carrier will be touch. It's a poor service and I'm not using them again.

The delay with receiving the offers is due to our prices being published by the carriers themselves according to their avaliability and pricing policies, when is the application such as Uber you receive the standart rate decided by the application. Our system allows certain competitivity between the carriers for your request.

BOOKING NO: 3591372 We are Travel Agency which has n partnersihip agrrement with Gettransfer.We made transfer from GETTRANSFER From Nıce Airport To Saint Tropez Hotel Chateau Messadiere For Mercedes E Class 2017 (Number Plate DA-943-BQ)We paid 161.50.-€ in davance.But Unfortunatelly when Our Client arrived to Nice airport She saw that instead of Mercedes E Class Car driver( Name is Raheed) meet her with old Nissan car which is not same standard as Mercedes E Class.And the rude driver told our Clients if they bare not happy with this car, they could take a standard airport taxi to Saint Moritz.However, in this case,as NO Show he would get his Money from Getransfer .İf i knew that i could arrange same standard (Nissan or Similar) with a maximum cost of 110.-€ .Than i explianed this situation to Gettransfer and asked them to make the refund for a difference of Mercedes E Class and Nissan car.Bu they made refund only for 8.-€ which is not realistic. I would advise you not to work with getransfer, as other unfortunate problems like this have happened before.Gettransfer is a company that works with direct drivers with 15% commission basis and it is never reliable and protects customer rights. STAY AWAY FROM GETTRANSFER...…….

These guys are soooo wrong on every level. Booking number ‭3894 296‬ Do not deal with them. I have used them quite a few times and was ok but this time I booked for a pickup from the Munich airport to the city I enquirer a day before flying to Munich and booked while I was on the way to fly to Munich and made the booking immediately realizing either I or the site had changed the date to 2 and a half days later. I rang the office with no reply, I sent a chat with no reply, I rang a different office and was told to email. I needed the pickup that day and could not cancel or change. I caught a taxi I then tried to get a refund I was told no! I had missed the 48 hour cut off. I sent them a copy of the first of 10 emails and it was well within the 48 hours and they will not answer me. Dodgy as !!!! I ended up sorting with the very kind third party driver no thanks to get transfer. Steer clear

Terrible service. They contract local suppliers who are cheap unprofessional and never on time. My airport arrival pick ups was 45 minutes late. My departure transfer to airport was 30 minutes late! The drivers laughed it off as its normal never to be on time I was told. Didn't get the car i requested and drover spoke on phone while driving. DON'T USE GETTRANSFER!

Read the T&Cs closely. The booking only includes ONE HOUR waiting time. Any longer than this then the driver has the right to leave and you are not entitled to a refund, even if you let them know in advance that your flight will be delayed. My flight was delayed by 2 hours. I emailed the third party transfer company directly and they informed me that they will charge 50 euros per hour for a wait time over one hour. This was ridiculous so I called up Get Transfer's customer service and they told me to send them an email. I sent them an email 2 hours prior to my scheduled departure time and they did not get back to me before taking off so I had to accept the 50 euro additional charge or risk losing my money and booking. This is despite giving them about 5 hours notice, so they could have just tracked the flight and showed up to the airport later.

We ordered a taxi from Copenhagen airport to a hotel in the center of the town. while stil at the airport I got a message telling me that the driver will be in a parking lot and his license is xxx. I specifically asked the company to wait for us with a sign stating our name. How can I find in a parking lot????? Am I supossed to go and check each car??? I called the druver and asked him to come and meet us at the outgoing gate and described him how we look. to make a long story short, we had to wait more than an hour and had several conversations (screeming) until he "found" us. We were told that he didn't receive our name from the company therefore he gave us his details to look for him in a parking lot !!!!! I would give zero stars to this company

I ordered a car, paid $65 and immediately the driver cancelled for no reason. My flight is tomorrow and I still didn't get an email reply for a replacement or refund and this is a 2 hours drive I can't just get any taxi. What a disappointment, I knew I shouldn't just pay upfront. Its request number #3876718.
