I booked a transfer within 14 hours of the required pick up time. This already negated the 48 hour ruling in terms of cancellation. When my allocated driver realised he could not make the pick up time that night. he cancelled the pick up, called GetTransfer to inform them of this and GetTransfer subsequently cancelled the pick up, took my money and have refused to refund the money. The driver who this case was initially assigned to did not receive any of this money, GetTransfer kept it all for themselves without providing a service. GetTransfer are now refusing to refund my money as the cancellation was made within the 48 hour timeframe however as I have continually informed them, the booking was made within 14 hours of the required pick up time negating their policy anyway and the driver who accepted the pick up was the one who had to cancel it as they realised they could not make the pick up time that night.
