At the beginning of August, we ordered and paid 240€ on the net for booking a taxi from Punat Marina, Croatia to Venice Marco Polo airport. 1/2 hour before the expected time the taxi has been cancelled by the driver himself because of the traffic jam. After a few phone calls to the local agency, they admitted that they didn’t have any solution for us and suggested to find a local taxi and peomised we would get a refund of the taxi fare if we would be able to send the receipt.We left with a delay of 1 hour 1/2 and we were very lucky to get on time for the flight. Till today we didn’t get any refund for the 300€ we paid in addition to 240€ we had already paid on the net.
