I used this service to book two trips for my visit to Italy. I was bombarded with "New Quote" e-mails to the point where I unknowingly booked and paid for the same trip twice. Because I was booking two trips, I never caught the error and two drivers were assigned to the same trip. I contacted them and requested a partial credit, recognizing I was partially at fault. GetTransfer simply invoked their 48 hour cancellation policy and refused any type of refund. I will never use this outfit again and encourage you to be very careful if you do. Better, avoid it.
