Hi there, I order a transfer about one month in advance. Everything was fine until I received a call. I was driving at the time and ask the get transfer. Com support member to wait 20 seconds as I take my car off the road and park to speak to her, she hung up and I rang back. They said they would ring me back but did not and instead sent me an email telling me that they have cancelled my transfer and have refunded my money 1 day before I fly. They sent an email 2 days prior but it ended up in my junk email so I didn't not see it. They were no help, all I wanted was a transfer, worst company I have ever dealt with and they have zero customer service. Just an unprofessional company which you seriously cannot trust with your transfer. First time using them and will never use them again.
