They literally forgot to pick us up for our return trip to the airport.
It took them about a month to refund only the return portion of our fee.
No consideration for leaving us stranded 45 minutes outside the city with a plane to catch. We had to pay cash (double original cost) to get emergency transportation to the airport.
They wouldn't compensate us for that because we couldn't get a receipt.
Don't use this service. You can't count on it.
