Further to previous review I've had a day of email tennis and got absolutely nowhere. Woeful arrogant "service" from Michael, the Head of Quality, who quite clearly hasn't read any of my correspondence and clearly doesn't grasp the issue. Expected two pensioners to walk 35 minutes in pouring rain to rendezvous with a taxi that didn't have any accreditation to enter a shipping port (Livorno, Italy) and meet customers at the TAXI RANK AT THE SIDE OF THE SHIP, AS ADVISED THE DAY BEFORE.
An unbelievable situation. If it hadn't happened to me I'd have thought this was a made up story.
