booked a transfer to pick me up in Sri Lanka in January. I was travelling alone so it felt better to have something booked. No one showed up, no one answered the phone. I had to organise something else. It is now March and I’m still fighting to get my money back. No one at the office cares, no one has apologised. They keep telling me 10 days and I’ll get it back, that was 32 days ago. Utterly appalling. DO NOT use these FRAUDSTERS
My husbands car did pick him up however and his driver went the wrong way and was almost asleep at the wheel.
