I have used the company perviously and was very happy. Due to the current C-Virus situation my flight was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. I let the company know as soon as I did new flight details, also cancelled 2hours later, I suggested transferring the journey to a later flight in 6 weeks time and was told it is not possible and no refund. They have sixty pounds for doing nothing. I could understand if they had been waiting at the airport and incurred expenses, but this is ridiculous. No goodwill on their part, very disappointing in these very trying times.
