Disgusting company. Made an online booking In New York then got a call saying the price was advertised wrong and give them $100 USD more. Then had a heated argument with the guy on the other end of the phone swearing constantly. He then said bad luck nobody’s coming to get you. This was within 6 hours before our flight and was a booking for 10 adults. This happened on the 16th of February It’s now 11th of April. Now they are blaming the COVID19 epidemic on not refunding us. We booked this prior to the epidemic. They took the funds then refused the service all with a hour. So they can do this in a heart beat yet we are waiting 54 days.....how on earth is this legally allowed.... 6 phone calls 5 emails and still they are refusing to give us back our $300. Not happy and am happy to be involved in any class action that is started to end this rip off company.
